This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I live in this area and I have given them so many chances. I was there today 1/24/26 at around 2:25pm. I was in the drive thru and the line was not very long at all. I thought this would be good so I could get my food and get home before the winter storm. I began to order my food, but I was confused about one of the value meals so I asked the girl who was taking my order, what the meal comes with. I then hear her huffing and puffing and she said “Oh my God” implying that I was not only annoying but that I’m also stupid because I asked a question that she thought I should know the answer to I guess? It was unbelievably disrespectful. Again this was not a super busy drive thru so I don’t know why she felt the need to be so hateful. Regardless, she probably needs more training in customer service before working directly with customers. I didn’t say another word to her. I waited until I could get out of the line and I went to a different McDonald’s in town. I will go to the others from now on because they have always been respectful.

The lady who took my order got my order wrong. I had ordered 1 large diet drink and 1 breakfast burrito meal with a small diet Coke. I ordered 2 extra breakfast burritos, an order of hash browns and a bacon,egg and cheese McGriddle. When we got to the pick up window,the lady had a tray with one large drink and 2 small . There were also other items that I hadn’t ordered. I told her that wasn’t what I ordered and asked if she could pour the 2 small ones in a large cup,. She was very nice and she did that. She also removed the items that the other woman had put t in. But when we went to eat in the park while in the parking lot ,I noticed that there were no hash browns and my ticket had said I had ordered them. Since the 2nd window lady had already fixed that aspect of the order and had refunded money for something else that I had not ordered, I didn’t go back for the hash browns. The lady at the 1st drive thru window was not helpful at all ,but the lady at the 2nd window was very helpful!

Before i could say i had an order code they told me they were not serving food for 10 minutes as they switch to breakfast even though it was before dinner ended. when i did tell them they had me pull around. they told me they couldnt make the shake i and ordered and substituted it with a soft drink which is lesser value. i got all the way home and the quarter pounder, labeled “plain no american cheese” had two slices of cheese on it… very dissapointed in the food and service and will not be returning to this location.

About three months ago I came in to order inside. This woman screamed for this girl and yelled at her once she was present for a solid five minutes because “she went to go get napkins”?? She was called so many names by the woman yelling at her. She was in tears while taking my order and wouldn’t stop apologizing because she was crying. I ran into her at a local walmart just yesterday which reminded me. Treat your workers with care. Do better.

I’m not kidding, I think a McDonalds in the middle of an active war zone would run better than this McDonalds. As someone who used to work at McDonald’s, I like can’t even comprehend how it can get this bad. Everyone who works here is confused. They are easily the slowest fast food place I’ve been to. I once ordered a large fry, a mcchicken, and a coke, and not only did it take OVER 30 minutes in the drive through with less than 8 cars in front of me, but I had to tell them my order 3 times at the front window. And I don’t even think this is the fault of the employees, I think management was hired from hell. If you’re wanting to get McDonalds in Georgetown, do NOT go to this location. Foods good, that’s about the only redeeming quality.

Waited almost 25 minutes on my order at 4pm and I was the first and only car. At 2 or 3 am I would have gave them 5 stars. But day shift is rude and slow.

The person at the window could hardly speak english and messed my order and struggled to fix it because they couldn’t understand what i was asking them. Frys were cold, cheeseburger i got had cheese on it that looked like its been sitting out for to long. We got no straws or napkins. We ordered a iced peppermint coffee but got a caramel that tasted like straight up watered down creamer. Dr pepper had no flavor so who knows when they changed out the flavoring on the machine

I don’t know the history of McDonald’s and the girl that came in to get water to drink nor do I care. What I care about is how the staff, manager included, badmouthing her after she walked out. Saying oh she looked like she was about to fight me, she’s stupid to pay for a coke but get water, and telling her you can’t sell her a large cup of water because the monopoly game is going on. I sat in the dining room and heard and saw it all. She came in and got a cup, yes she got it herself which I know we aren’t supposed to do, asked for a large water and was told no. She said fine can you ring it up as a large Coke then and they yes and she went to get her water. Immediately after she walked out they went to laughing and talking about her. She was not about to fight the staff, she had money in her hand which is why it was balled up. Georgetown McDonald’s crew is a joke. Loud rude and act like a customer is always the problem. I asked to get my cup topped off after I removed the ice I did not want and they role their eyes at me. Permanently done with this store, I tried to give this store chance after chance and it’s always the same outcome. Wrong order and awful staff. Will also be contacting the GM and corporate.

Our food was cold 30 mins after they changed over to lunch and the employees at this location are always rude. Customers are not the problem, we work for our money just the same as you. Do yours correctly or get a new one.
