My mother and I stopped at this McDonalds on my way home from work and we ordered mcchickens. When we got down the road and started eating our food I got halfway thru my sandwich and saw that the middle of the sandwich was raw chicken. Please check your food when you go.

Went yesterday on 9/12 at about 745 I ordered a quarter pounder meal for one of my daughters and when we got home she bit into it and it was raw. So understandably irritated I went back and showed them. They said they would make a new one and i waited for abt 20mins and someone hands me a bag finally. Then I asked is there a number I can call if my child gets sick and one of the workers who said his name was Otis after I repeatedly asked his name and he didn’t want to provide it tells me to google it! So I take the burger and head home. Then to my surprise we cut it open…RAW again!! I will be contacting corporate because someone could get sick and it should have been handled way better. Please check your food if you eat here.

What an absolute waste of time, money, emotions. I order breakfast for my pregnant girlfriend and I’m already in line waiting for the other person who pulled up at the EXACT SAME TIME AS ME, he’s taking his time putting in his order while I already had mine placed and was waiting to give the person my code, I give her my code mind you it’s still 10:29 technically breakfast and then she comes back 2 minutes later saying we can’t make your order it’s past 10:30, then why on gods green earth did this man who ordered breakfast AFTER I ALREADY PLACED MINE, get his food but my pregnant girlfriend has to go about her day without breakfast all because you were too lazy to make the order

Twice now ive had to go back because my order was completely messed up. One incident involved a whole burger missing and the other with the entire bottle of mac sauce on it. Other incident the big Mac requested light mac sauce and was given extra mayo, went back just for another sloppy burger. Would not recommend ordering from here.

This place continues to pull the whole drive thru forward and cause a traffic jam in the parking lot for reserved parking to make thier drive thru numbers look good, when you really wait 10 min for your food. Missing food in bag also

I don’t normally leave reviews but this is the second time the key component of what I ordered was missing. I’ve gotten a cheeseburger with no patty and this morning a sausage McMuffin with no sausage. Not to mention there is something missing or wrong every other time I’ve ordered from here. I understand it gets busy but have your people slow down so the food is correct because this is ridiculous at this point.

This McDonald’s is TERRIBLE!!
I’ve gone quite frequently though out it’s opening to now and it’s shocking. Firstly the food is never fresh and always comes lukewarm at best, genuinely. Breakfast they have to be pre cooking everything and letting it sit out all day. Every time, I mean every single time, I’ve ever ordered McGriddles from this place they are cold, and hard. Ive asked for them to be “cooked to order” for them to tell me “everything is cooked to order” for them to go on and hand me my food in 2 secs and it be cold. After this individual incident i gave them one more chance. And to nobody’s surprise, a cold, nasty, unmealted cheese, hard and chewy McGriddles once again. DONT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. I don’t leave reviews ever, but this McDonalds has served me too many uneditable meals.

I’m not sure why they keep pulling cars forward in the drive thru, because it clearly isn’t to make fresh food. Every visit is the same story. Tonight there were zero other cars, yet I still waited almost 10 minutes, only to be handed cold burgers and cold fries.
The service is just as cold as the food. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no “have a good night”… it’s like interacting with NPCs who haven’t been programmed yet.
I really wanted to like this new Mcdonald’s, but after repeated chances, it’s obvious they don’t care about speed, quality, or customers.

Went here yesterday ordered a large fry. Ten minutes went by I go to the counter and ask how much longer . No apology says I’m running the counter and grill by myself . I get that fast food places treat their employees as slaves . Managers get in there and do something . It’s sad and he was rude . Next time put signs up short staff longer wait times I would have left. Ten minutes for a fry and no apology I blame management . Do better
