I go here almost every morning. the food is good but when I pay for a slice of cheese on a biscuit and I get 3 biscuits with no cheese multiple different times its just lazy and poor job performance. 1 time is understandable but every other day it’s bullshit. For 3 slices of cheese it’s $1.77 might not be alot but if i pay for it i expect to get it. Didn’t know it took rocket science to put a piece of cheese on a piece of bread.

If you are in the Louisville area and looking for a quick bite at any time of the day or night, the McDonald’s located at 2961 Breckenridge Ln is a solid choice. One of the biggest advantages of this location is that their drive-thru is open 24 hours, which is very convenient for late-night workers, travelers, or anyone simply craving something after hours. The staff here are generally friendly and do a good job of moving the line quickly, even during busy rush hours when the drive-thru can get quite packed.
Inside, the dining area has plenty of seating, and while the majority of tables are kept clean, I did notice that some were left dirty during my visit. It’s a very busy location, so I understand it can be challenging for the crew to stay ahead of the rush, but a little more attention to cleanliness would improve the overall experience. Food was hot, fresh, and served just as expected from McDonald’s standards. Overall, this location provides the classic McDonald’s menu with quick and convenient service, especially if you are on the go.

This location had already closed the dining room. It was on Friday night around 9:15 pm The staff told us we could go through the drive thru. We just decided to leave.

I don’t post 1 star reviews often, so I hope this review captures the weight of why you should avoid this McDonald’s for the sake of your own safety and wellbeing.
I have not frequented this McDonald’s much, but have not had a single positive experience in any visit I’ve had. They recently remodeled, so we decided to give them another shot and to see the new building. We ordered a mobile order for breakfast through the app and went through the drive thru line to get it. After waiting for 15+ minutes to get to the window they hastily threw us a bag that was the wrong order. We drove up to the next window to get them to correct it and it turns out they ‘lost’ our order and had to remake it on the spot.
Against my better judgement, I went there again for dinner in the spirit of giving second chances. There were wet floor cones in front of the register where you order and the girl was on her phone and of course acted like she didn’t want to be there. After about 15 minutes of waiting on my food (it wasn’t very busy inside) an off the clock employee noticed I hadn’t gotten my food yet and went back there on his break to check on my order (this employee was the only positive in this experience). He told me they gave my food away to someone else which is the second time in one day this has happened. After remaking my meal 20+ minutes into this, they gave me my meal without a drink. I told them I had a drink and he said they are going to get it. After biting Into my sandwich I noticed the meat was undercooked to a level you wouldn’t expect from a fast food meal. After finishing my meal, I still didn’t get a drink and decided I was ready to leave without it.
This McDonald’s has a serious work flow problem. When you give away orders you rush to make them up. And when you rush to make them up enough times, you cut corners and will get someone sick.
I would seriously consider my options before going to this McDonald’s. It’s better to be safe than to get a quick meal.

I was happy to see this location open again after the rebuild – until I actually got some food. The fries were literally half full (and old and cold) and there was almost no barbecue sauce on the McRib – most of it had none at all. The tea was the only decent thing.

The staff up front telling customers they’re slammed and just going to have to wait is ridiculous! We wanted salt and ketchup for our fries because the fries were salt less and you can’t even get to acknowledge you standing at the counter! I’d request a refund if I felt like dealing with their crap. Worst service ever!!

Normally this McDonald’s is an OK location. But for some reason the staff here lately seems to be very angry at work and likes to yell at people through the drive through. If you don’t like your job working out mcdonald’s, then get a different job but don’t be in customer service to get mad at people ordering food.
