This is, without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s in the state of Kentucky. Sign says open at 5? Don’t expect the lights to be on until 6. Closes at midnight? The lazy workers quit answering the drivethru at 11. Should you get food during the middle of the day, you will get an incomplete order and the food will be undercooked and terrible. Call the store number? They don’t care, they don’t even answer the phone
Dunno why their automated robot reply asks to fill out a form. Look at the literally HUNDREDS of one star reviews of this place. Filling out a form doesn’t fix the problem here, you guys just don’t care

I’ve been to some terrible McDonald’s but this one takes the cake for absolute worst. I got a fry and a drink and waited well over 20 minutes. And NO they were NOT the slightest bit busy. Yes, they were fully staffed. They are just absolute trash at what they do, which is pitiful, it’s fast food.. NOT rocket science. Girl who gave me my food was beautiful. There was a wait at the drive-through I Was told that I couldn’t get a caramel Frappuccino So I asked about an Oreo McFlurry. They said no ice cream products so I asked about getting to Strawberry cream pies. I get up to the window. They say they can’t do strawberry pies. Do I want apple or cookies? I say cookies get my order. There’s no fries with my meal and no sauce in the bag that I requested. I drive all the way around and wait again in line then when I pull up, imagine my surprise when I look in and I see a hot fudge sundae, waiting to go for the car behind me, but I was told there’s no ice cream products. I’ve been sick for a week and all I wanted was ice cream. It’s very unprofessional and he lost a sale so I imagine if that’s just me how much money the store is losing.

Management seriously needs to do better with this place. Corporate, whoever. Somebody needs to do something. The female manager needs to step up and do her JOB. Waited on my order close to an hour. Came inside my order is sitting on the counter no one ever brought it out. They reheated the fries in the fryer and gave it to us. I feel bad for the employees that are actually trying to work. I’ve gotten bad service every time I come here in the evenings. Earlier in the day the location isn’t bad but after 4pm they need to be retrained.

If this is the location by Shively animal hospital please beware. The girl taking orders would not speak up. She tried to overcharge me by $7. The guy in the bsck eith her was openly smoking something as i saw smoke coming out of his mouth and smelled it. Widows and parking lot eere filthy. No one here with any kind of customer service at all. Pathetic excuse for a mcdonalds. I will not be back.

Drive-thru was busy, which was expected. The older woman at the window was pleasant as usual—always a highlight. But the fish meal was a letdown. The filet was dark, dry, and tasted old. Didn’t notice until I got back to work. Really disappointed. McDonald’s, you can do better!

I want to thank Ms. Renee, she was so nice and welcoming. You really just don’t get much hospitality these days and it’s people like her and the young man upfront with the dreads that make the world a better place. My daughter and I were rushing and they took great care of us and served hot fresh food. I just wanna say thank y’all. You never know who’s day you might make & I just appreciate y’all so much‼️❤️

As a person with a driving job, I must admit I’ve probably visited just about every McDonald’s in the state of Kentucky. This said, I firmly believe as of the time of this review being made, this is hands down the best McDonald’s I’ve been to not just in Kentucky, but out of all those I’ve been to. The food is on point, the employees are friendly and show they care, the place is clean and organized. Josh is also a fantastic asset to the company. You don’t hear a million beeps, people aren’t screaming their heads off, etc. I hope they keep it up because it’s not easy to get a great review from me. I’m not royalty, but I take things like this seriously and I don’t hesitate to tell people when they’ve messed up, so this should mean something to everyone involved.

This location always serves fresh food and the staff is great! I want to acknowledge Nancy because everytime I see her I always have the best interactions with her and is one of the staff I immediately recognize. She is excellent at what she does. I really like this location, thank you. ⭐️
