WORST McDonald’s restaurant I’ve ever been to! I ordered my meal, using the app, and entered curbside pickup. Upon placing the order, I noticed the drive-thru was getting service (Slow service, however), and the Curbside wasn’t getting very much attention. After waiting 15 MINUTES, I went inside to check on my order. Inside, there were no employees at the register and there were 4 customers apparently waiting for their orders. The food preparation area was chaotic and no food was ever delivered up front. So, I literally had to yell, “I’ve been waiting 15 minutes at Curbside spot #4”, before any attempt was made to fulfill my order. After a few minutes, the “supervisor” in a dirty black shirt with no nametag brought out two bags with sloppily wrapped burgers. As the “supervisor” started walking away without an apology, I had to say, “Hey, what about my two drinks?” The “supervisor” with the dirty shirt handed me two empty cups and walked away. So, I had to fill my own drinks in the messy drink dispenser area and walk out without a cup carrier. Since my wife and I were going to eat the food, while we were traveling on the road, we didn’t discover that the food was COLD until we had already left. This is the THIRD time I had to go inside this restaurant on a Curbside order. It will also be my last time, since this store is obviously filled with employees who don’t know the meaning of customer service. I recommend you SKIP this location, if you ever get the urge for McDonald’s food. The “Supervisor” and owner/operator apparently couldn’t care less if you get good food from this location.

I got pulled around to the flag pole for a medium coke A MEDIUM COKE. I got pulled around for a medium coke that takes less that a minute to make, a medium coke yall. Let’s do better for the customer’s I had a hungry toddler in the car. Luckily the fries did the trick but worrying about them numbers come on really? For a coke? Let’s do better.

Not a terrible experience. Was a little slow on getting our order out to us but it was correct and worth the extra couple of minutes for sure. Very nice and polite when bringing our food to us.

I was there with my family last Sunday after church. Standing there at the kiosk. Went to step back and I fell hard. I dint remember much ik that simeine came to check in me. I wanted to let my daughter eat befor going to the hospital. My husband went to tell them I wanted to do an accident report amd he was blown off. Only 1 employee came to check on me in the bathroom she was a sweet young girl. I did not get her name but thank you. I ended up with a concussion. After I fell they then cleaned the floor and put signs out. But it was the whole floor not just were we were at that was slick. An elderly couple was sliding too thenk God they did not fall.

And I have to wait for coffee every single day that I go through their I get pulled and I usually have to sit anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. Other than that the food is amazing the coffee is great. Just the service is slow

Worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s my finances burger looked like it was smashed or stepped on and was made wrong which is nothing new they never make the sandwich right… no matter which McDonald’s but this place is so bad about their food and service.

The food is good its pretty fast in the day but at night its very slow especially in drive thru, always check your bag and make sure your food is in there, they forget to put things all the time

This is the worst mcdonald’s on this planet after 9pm. I have no idea why the night staff is so garbage at their job. EVERY time i go there is the longest line because they are so slow. Are they incompetent? Should i be more patient for the special need? What is the issue EVERY NIGHT?!

First pulling forward because my order wasn’t ready then After noticing that they forgot the grape jelly, they retrieved it. Once I got home I noticed, that they forgot my hash browns and crispy chicken sandwich as well. I didn’t realize until after I got home and had gotten ready for work. They knew order because they said it multiple times…..
