They have a big banner inside about discount $3,50 in each frappe but when was time to buy it nobody knows about that, manager looks like he doesn’t care, and told to the employee that was attending me that this is lie, super bad service is sad bc my kids love mc Donald but only for the worst costumer service in this place I will not return again!!! Nobody is attending at front desk you need to wait a lot and almost go inside the kitchen to let them know that someone want to pay!!!

I would give less than one star if I could. All the employees HATE HELPING CUSTOMERS. you can’t ask for extra sauce they will charge you for items then say they don’t have them and tell you to call customer service when you try to get a refund. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I have never been treated so horribly and I work across the street. Yes in visible uniform. Makes no difference. Worst location I have experienced and this is my first bad review I have ever written…. I was going to leave another review but I’m just editing this original one that I made if you read this be very careful leaving a review I work across the street and somehow they’ve recognized that I’m the one that left the review and now they purposely get my order wrong I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for two snack wraps and french fries and I know it’s because of the review I left Also I have pictures of how they give me my fries now very cold and you can tell that they either threw them on the ground first or something I’m not sure I’ll post a picture

This was easily one of the worst McDonald’s visits I’ve had. The order was wrong, the food was cold, and it looked like it had been sitting around for way too long. Fries were stale, the burger was sloppy, and nothing tasted fresh.

On top of that, the service was painfully slow even though the place wasn’t busy. Employees seemed uninterested and unorganized, and no one acknowledged the mistake with my order. The dining area was messy, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen.

McDonald’s is supposed to be quick and consistent, but this location failed on both. If you’re in a hurry or expecting even basic quality, I’d honestly recommend going somewhere else. Definitely not coming back.

the workers here are extremely rude! The manager Kayshla is just absolutely unprofessional! They spoke about me in spanish not knowing i could understand them completely! They got my ordered wrong and argued with me about it. I asked for a refund they ignored me and continued to work! After asking multiple times they handed me cash,didn’t even look at me in the face and when i asked for the lady’s name she ignored me and walked away! Just blows my mind how these people are so rude for no reason at all! Their poor work ethic is exactly why they are stuck at their dead end jobs!

Asked for Grinch salt for my fries, even though I already had a large fry, made me pay for a whole new set of fries, this location never puts bacon on my burgers but still charges me for it every time, I got a McChicken that was burnt cold and felt like boot leather to chew, was recommended to not order that sandwich at night…maybe it’s my fault maybe this restaurant needs to be a dine in… So when something is wrong I can just walk it to the counter

I always ask for extra fudge and they sure do charge me for it but I never see it in the cup so I asked for more and they tell me this is what extra fudge looks like. They always ask you to park and wait for fresh freeze but then the fries are cold when I get them like how? I don’t argue like Worldstar videos but I see why others do. Ridiculous.

Thanks to my roommate for allowing to take his son to Crayola Experience. This lil fella had himself a blast and I had a blast just watching him. If you are in the Orlando area with children I strongly encourage you to bring the little ones here. They will love it. Adults do not come alone nor without toddlers.
