I understand that fast food is inherently greasy. But usually the idea is to drain the food of its grease before bagging it. My entire order was coated in grease. The food on its best day is mediocre, but today was by far the worse. Now I have a grease stain on my car seat where I sat the bag, prior to noticing the seepage.

Im not one to complain but I’m at the point I’m bout to share my opinion. I have ordered numerous times and I always ask for honey with my nuggets. But it seems either they don’t care bout what their customers want or they don’t pay enough attention basically saying u will get what we give u whether u like or not. This is the 3rd time at this location that I have received honey mustard which is no where near honey. From the flavor to the consistency to the size of the condiment packet it’s not even remotely close.i have started asking my driver to make sure the packets are honey and not honey mustard and McDonald’s tells them oh it’s in the bag knowing damn well it’s not what I asked for. Now I know I’m complaining about a condiment but that’s not all. None of the items in our order were fresh they were cold and some where stale. That was money down the drain for us. Please do better and when asked for honey give the people honey thanks. But I’ll be using a different location even if I have to pay more from now on

Took my two grand kids for a happy meal and had a horrible experience. There were two female employees sitting in the dining room and one was on her phone dropping f-bombs for everyone to hear! Then the other female employee lays down in the booth while on shift, and starts playing on her phone! Unbelievable!!

The service today was absolutely atrocious. The young woman in the back taking orders seems to intentionally not listen to anything said, and when I tried to order a 20 pc meal, instead of timing item up separately tried to explain why I could not in fact purchase a 20 pc meal.
Then the manager that was expediting the food out of the window, I believe her name was Rochelle. She was completely rude and dismissive, then when I requested to add a tea to my order because the first woman disregarded me every single time I tried to add it to my order, she proceeded to tell me she’d lose her job if she rang me up for anything and that I’d have to go back around the building and go back through the drive through all over again.

There is almost always a wait here. Even if you are the only one, they have you pull over to the side, you wait around 10 minutes and your order is messed up or they leave whole meals out of it. They happily charge you for the items but make it a challenge to get your correct stuff, even when showing the receipt and having the employee check the bag right after they hand it to you. The prices you pay at McDonald’s are definitely no longer worth it.
Went here for a single meal and had a 20 min wait. People that came after me left before me. So they mixing up everything.
