I’ll never rave about the food here because you get what you pay for lol.
That being said, my wife, kids and I came through the drive through this evening . We received our drinks at the window but were prompted to pull in front of the building and wait for our food. An employee by the name of Coby was the one who brought us our food and I just want to give kudos to him. We received cups without the monopoly codes on them and he went and got us some nugget boxes that had the codes to make up for it. When he returned I noticed the happy meals, which were supposed to come in Halloween baskets but were not. Coby was happy to go grab us a few to fix the mistake come to find out they were out of baskets. Nevertheless I appreciate the effort. Coby was very kind and courteous through the whole interaction. I’m very please with my experience at this McDonald’s tonight because of that young man. Give him a promotion!

Welp. After my long 12 shifts, I was disgustingly hungry… so I came here for the conveniency of my night just to get cold, stale food that was so disgusting I couldn’t even eat it!!! The staff was very nice, but food was terrible! No sauce and everything was cold, which I don’t understand because they obviously had a number of cars in front of me.. so I don’t get why I got cold food. Like I use to work at McDonalds and this is ridiculous. It’s not like it’s hit or miss situation it’s every damn time I come to the specific location and I never get any reimbursement!

The better McDonald’s, others are inconsistent. The workers here are great. When you order a coffee here you don’t get the full amount. The pictures are all from different visits and different flavors. When I questioned them the employee told me the machine makes it. This to me means the management is setting the machine to dispense less.

I had to repeat myself everytime I added to the order. Get up to the window she hands my first drink to me covered in coke spilling down the side of my truck. So I grab a tissue to wipe it. She huffs and puffs about me cleaning the cup. Checked the bag she didn’t give us straws for the bbq sauce for the nuggets napkins or my child’s white milk. So I parked to go in and she acted like I was an inconvenience. Get back to my truck to open my mayo sandwich. The frys are completely raw. They wouldn’t give me her name. But it’s the fat black girl with the stitches on her forhead. I didn’t ask for a refund because I honestly don’t feel like she would understand what I’m talking about.

to compare. I ordered 2 orders of bacon and 1 hash brown. They broke the bacon in half at this location and chargered me $7 vs another McDonald’s that i always go to that gave me the whole bacon strips for $5 as it should !
