The employee’s were dressed nicely and were very friendly. I had a big order to go and it was ready in no time. Not a long wait .Warm food cold drinks. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of sitting. Wheelchair ♿ accessible. Play room for kids. Plenty of outside parking and Handicap parking. Just overall a good visit for 4:30 pm on a Friday. I will definitely be going back. Friendly and clean inside and out.

Unless you have 40 minutes to wait on your food, a sit down restaurant really is a quicker option.
After I received my order I tested the wait time for 1 ranch sauce and 2 hot mustard on a separate order. 25 minutes to put three sauces in a bag.
Bought experience is best. 1 and done for me

Horrible! Been in this location a few times. Its always slow, no one seems to know what they are doing, its all high school kids. The last time I was in there to pickup a doordash order and they told me they were out of quarter pounders ask me to ask costumer if they wanted a sub, which I did and she did. Told them what she wanted and literally sat there for 45 mins thinking they were making her order to then tell me they cant find the order and it never came through!! Ridiculous. The order was there and came through because yall literally asked me to call the customer for a substitution!! Horrible will never go back.

The service is slow as ever but friendly. The food is average but convenient (definitely not fast). It could always use a good wipe down. I normally go inside to get my order because the drive-thru can be a nightmare.

I WISH someone would take over this place and make it better. I stopped going to this location all together because the food is always gross. Two dry buns slapped together with a cold hamburger patty and cheese with 10lbs of ketchup to make the whole burger soggy. Fries that sometimes are fresh and other times cold. The way they make food is SAD. You can tell the lack of effort and care these workers put into their jobs. Idk if the same manager is there still, but I cussed him out once because of how terrible he treated the girl for giving me an extra sauce that I ASKED FOR. It was terrible leadership. The orders are often wrong or missing things and again, food is made with little to no care. I’d rather wait 5-10 minutes for GOOD food, than fast food thats barely edible and looks disgusting.

Got charged $1.74 for a medium water showed up on the receipt as a medium tea. Second day ordered another medium water got charged. The same amount went in. Talk to him about it said it would be fine to be charged for it but they just need to tell me that they’re charging me $1.74 for water And not show up on the receipt as iced tea. Third day which is about a week and a half later give them time to talk about it in there happens again so they didn’t talk about it didn’t train people on what to do when somebody orders a medium water and they want to charge for it. My mother had 3 different combos and wanted them bagged in 3 different bags and not all smooshed in 1 bag.
Jalen (a female) taking orders at 12:20 pm New Years Eve got EXTREMELY smart w my mother. Exact words “I cant promise you we can do that were BUSY at the moment” we asked her in another way to make her understand what we meant. She again got extremely smart and repeated herself in a rude tone. The other 2 in the window were super helpful. That tone over the speaker w the not willing to compromise the way we wanted our food bagged so it didnt get smooshed was unprofessional. I’ve never had anyone be that rude through a speaker and then not be at the window. Not a good look for McDonald’s.

I dont know if the new owners are incompetent or just dont care that the service (if you want to call it that ) has taken an unexpected (because I personally didnt think it could be worse than it was ) nose dive my last few trips have had missing food wrong items been cold and getting stale or just thrown together like a toddler made it. I get it you dont care because people will always come for the mighty golden arches but my God if you’re going to charge $10 for a nugget or 2 for a simple cheeseburger atleast try to get something right.

This is the amazing chicken nuggets we got, finding it AFTER getting home! FURIOUS doesn’t begin to cover it! I have tried calling and nobody is answering the phone either, of course! This is a poor excuse for a business, idc if you’re a national chain or not. DO BETTER.

I stopped by this little location this morning to get a steak, egg, & cheese bagel. I was so disappointed once I arrived to work. My bagel looked like it had been bit off of, there were no onions on it, my cheese wasn’t melted, and it was barely warm. I didn’t have time to bring it back, because of my job. I ended up tossing it in the trash. What a disappointing breakfast. See pictures below.
