Its rare that I have a pleasant experience at a McDonald’s but I wanted to shout this one out, though I was probably there on a lucky day. I ordered on the kiosk and got my food in a timely manner. When I got my food, I was greeted with a smile and a tray of sauces to pick from which is a great idea as I forgot to add some to my order. I assume the person who brought me my food was a manager of some sort because she also cleaned up and sprayed down a few tables during my time there. The bathrooms, at the time, were also being cleaned and the gentleman doing them was very thorough. I would come back to this location.

This McDonald’s on Carlisle Road is going downhill! We stopped for breakfast. Hash browns were still soggy not even crunchy. So GREASY….. The cheese was not even melted on the Sausage Egg McMuffin. Not even hot…. barely warm. It is absolutely gross! We threw it out. Will not be back.

The past few visits have been disappointing. Definitely a vibe to consistently see managers smoking in the parking lot. Also love being talked down to because the app failed to register my arrival, it’s been frustrating.
Last night I was talked to for not confirming I was in the parking lot—yet if I hadn’t done that, how would my order have been brought out in the first place?
On a previous visit, the app wouldn’t let me select a parking spot, and going through the drive-thru felt like I was asking them for $1000 each.
Sloppy food build, no napkins and missing straws. Pay extra for bacon….. but you won’t get bacon.
McDonald’s has gotten pretty expensive lately, and with the prices where they are, the service should be much better. The local Burger King is friendlier and more affordable

I go here almost everyday, yet I still see no improvement to the quality of my order. It ruins my visit everytime. My drinks are never the size I order. I order a large and it’s the size of a small in a large. This time, they forgot my french fries. Not only that, but it took them 10 minutes to make my small order. Fries are expensive as is, and I don’t want to be spending 4 dollars on air. I could get 2 McChickens at the same price. If McDonald’s wasn’t fundamental to my diet, I would sue for inconvenience or something. It’s 4 dollars I’m never seeing again.

This McDonald’s is not always able to prepare the order exactly as ordered by checking the receipt.
I always end up having to go back to the store with the receipt because the order is not there.
I am amazed that this McDonald’s has made no attempt to improve the situation despite the fact that this has happened so many times.
I tried to send feedback through McDonald’s website, but it doesn’t work properly. I can’t submit it unless I enter the date and time of my visit, but they don’t even let me enter the date and time of my visit.

Great McDonald’s location. Has been clean each time we have visited and the staff are always friendly. The drivthru has always been quick and easy, as it should be. A little difficult to turn left out of due to traffic light but not horrible. Would go back again.

Friendly staff willing to drop fresh fries without flack when requested by the customer. Unfortunately this is not a 24 hour location. Prices vary by location – this location has lower prices than most and participates in most optional McDonald’s promotions. Moderately busy drive-thru, expect to sit for about 7 minutes. $1 any-size fountain drinks.
