Ordered a #2 with ketchup and pickles. Not extra ketchup or pickles as they have it on ticket. Then I open my burger to see it has onions, mustard as well.

What a horrible place. We entered the store at almost 2pm. No one was even near the counter. We ordered using the kisok. We took a number and went to dine in. Every table was dirty. I picked the one that was the least dirty. I cleaned it before my wife and I sat down. Our order was delivered. The fries were ice cold, as were the chicken nuggets. Thank goodness the sauce they gave was warm. Otherwise, the entire meal would have been cold. My wife took the fries back, and they gave us new ones. If the dining room was that gross makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. This, by far, was the worst McDonald’s I ever ate in. The Manager on duty needs to be retrained. Corporate needs to inspect this location because this place is disgusting. So recap, no one greets customers, dirty tables and floors, serving ice cold food ( that’s how people get sick ), poor management, not at all what one would expect from McDonalds!

Walked in and was not greeted with a Hi, what can I get you today. We were greeted with a What do y’all want to order before I leave to go home. And proceeded with our order and then the guy continues to curse and say he wasn’t getting paid enough to apparently give change back. Rude customer service.

We came specifically for the fries tonight, and here is what we got. Repeat this x3. The sandwiches tonight were ok, but they put ketchup on two that were supposed to be plain. I ate zero fries out of this before the picture, they really, truly sold me three of these half full boxes of cold, limp fries and charged me for three large fries! I didn’t open the bag till we got home, because we were at the fair (10/18), and all our hands were filthy. We waited in line for 20+ minutes for this, so there was ZERO REASON for cold fries. Never again eating at the Lucedale McDonald’s again, they’ve disappointed me for the last time.

They served me cold fries , added cheese to my meal after asking for no cheese (lactose intolerant) , and my burger had two patties instead of one.They took off one pattie and handed it back to me. What great service the lucedale McDonald’s gives.

this place is definitely on the average mcdonalds scale, it was sorta busy but we came around dinner time, and the place was just not THAT clean but not horrible. the food was sloppy but did not taste bad and it got out at a reasonable hour, i think if i did drive through this review would be SO much better!
