Just close this one down at this point. I don’t come here very often but every time I do I’m sitting in the Drive-Thru for 30 plus minutes for lukewarm food. Tonight I decided to place my order on the app to avoid sitting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, my order consisted of two hot and spicy McChicken sandwiches no mayo add ketchup, a hot apple pie, a Big Mac, and a Big Mac meal sized large with a Coke no ice. I placed my order and started driving to the restaurant I got there and parked at 10:24, when I arrived there was one vehicle that was at the order screen. It took until right around 10:40 for them to finally bring me my food, All this time the same one vehicle was in their drive-thru No other cars pulled up, of course, I checked my food and realized that they forgot my fries. I tried flagging down the dude who brought me my food but of course he just walked back into the building. So after I had to walk into the building and retrieve my fries, I got back to my car only to realize that the fries were ice cold, I also checked my food finding it was also ice cold. At this point, I really do not feel like waiting an additional 30 minutes for them to make me hot and fresh food considering that that same vehicle was still sitting at the pickup window and I decided to leave. Once I walked into the door to give me and my wife our food I found out that apparently they could also not get no mayo right on my hot and spicy McChickens, one of them was perfect, the other one had extra mayo. Honestly I’m going to blame that one on me for having any trust that they could get anything right. At this point I just feel they need to close this store down, I was reading the other comments and apparently they just can’t seem to get anything right. This is like the third or fourth time now that I’ve had to go in myself to get my order fixed. We have plenty of other options here to get food and I’ve never had any issues at the Burger King or Taco Bell so this one store won’t be missed.

Just shut the doors. Every few months I try to swing through to see if it’s gotten better ….it hasn’t. 15-20 minute wait through the drive through, foods always cold and the order is never correct. Then the employees have an attitude when you say something about it. Just a circus every time we go.

Service is reliably slow, no attention paid to details on orders, and for the amount of time it takes to get your food, the final product is usually a mess. You can often count on being disappointed. Here is a picture of our steak “bagel” that we waited over 20mins for. Nail in the coffin, we’ll dine at any other location.

The food met standard expectations.
A customer queue formed unnecessarily, with visible idle employees. A young staff member spoke rudely to a customer who had repeatedly requested assistance. Three employees nearby ignored multiple customers seeking service.
The atmosphere fell short of expectations. Cleanliness was below standard in several areas, as evidenced by the attached photos. The trash receptacle displayed visible grime and debris at its base.

Foods good, but it took forever to get our food. And I bought a large strawberry banana smoothie. And whenever I got it almost half of it was empty. If your in a rush I advise you not to go there.

So I decided after working in the house all day to sit at table service for a quick bite. When I arrived, all I heard was the employees screaming at each other in the back. There was no one else in the restaurant. So, I ordered my food through the app for table service. I heard a gal call out my order. So I went up to the counter and had to tell her it was table service. She said she just calls out the order. I looked down and had to ask for my drink and fries.
The service from this gal was horrible.

Another trip to Lucedale McDonalds and yet another let down. For probably the last year this McDonald’s has been painfully slow and then your food isn’t even fresh. We waited in the drive thru today for literally 26 minutes until I finally got fed up and went inside to check on my food. My order along with probably 5-6 other orders were all sitting on a delivery tray while the worker stood and talked to a group of friends. Finally got my food and every bit of it is cold per usual. My wife tried calling the store after I returned home and she seen the food but of course there’s no answer.
This location used to be one of the best McDonald’s but they have been absolutely horrendous for the last year. If it weren’t for my son loving the chicken nuggets and my wife loving the Diet Coke, we wouldn’t even go anymore

Please stop coming here. It’s a nightmare. Consistently get orders wrong. They’ll sell you sundaes but they have no spoons. Which would have been nice to know before ordering.
People are waiting for orders for 40 mins. Then they said sorry we must’ve skipped your order. It’s a mess.

I keep wondering why we come here, except for the fact that it’s still cheaper than most places to eat. And it shows!!
Every time we eat at this establishment is worse than the previous visit.
We waited 40 minutes for the meal we ordered.
Pulled in to stall number 4 and had to ask the server where the food was that our child had done fell asleep waiting.
Then we get our food to only find that it was subpar.
Walked in to get the ranch for the nuggets and salt for the fries.
While waiting a while to even talk to an employee for ranch and salt.
I could hear the cooks loud n clear from the lobby in quote” THEY CAN WAIT IF THEY CANT. THEY CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE TACO BELL .”
I got what I came for and walked back to my truck to eat my cold sad little sandwich .
I mean this is the generation that is supposed to care for us when we go into the retirement home. Yikes!!!!

If you ever want to play a fun little game called ‘What Did I Actually Order?’, this McDonald’s is perfect. Every visit is a surprise meal. The ice cream machine is down so often I’m convinced it actually clocks out and goes home. The dining room? Looks like it’s been through the Hunger Games. This place stays giving main-character chaos energy.
