I’ve been coming here for a long time DeShawn and Ariana are always great Sometimes the food comes out burned. I’ve had cheeseburgers so burnt I had to send them back even had a manager cook me a perfect one which was very impressive. Other than that mostly really good. I like to sit at the bar have a couple beers eat some food and watch the games I liked it alot but they did one thing recently which was not a very smart thing to do. They put in this basketball machine that is so loud you can’t even hear yourself think. You can’t hear the music It is really uncomfortable to hear this banging so loud. They should have it removed. It’s not the right place to have something like that.

Hands down the best service I’ve experienced ever at Buffalo Wild Wings. I get my food at the best quality and an incredible service by all the staff.
Even on the peak hours on a Sunday noon games, they’re always well prepared for the orders/service.
One in-particular was Yazmyn. She always upfront and ready for my takeout/dine-in. Always gives the same consistency, great customer service, thinks first for the customer and is all well as a great contributor to my experience and others.
She’s great and the rest of the staff!

The service was the worst in the world. The person who served us (Chris) had no manners from the start; he was pedantic. It was our first time visiting the restaurant and it will be the last. From the beginning, he seemed intolerant and racist. If you don’t like your job, just quit. Before offering bad customer service, I don’t know how they can have that kind of employee in their restaurant.

I can tell how this place has a poor 3.7 rating. 3:45pm on a Saturday, barely any customers. Front end completely neglected as I wait forever to be practically ignored that I’m there for a pickup, woman took the Super Bowl order over helping me. Even the GM came out and was oblivious to what’s going on in his establishment. I had plenty of time to write this review while my time was wasted. 🙂

I normally don’t leave reviews, but the Buffalo Wild Wings in Riverhead has been extremely frustrating to deal with. In just the past week alone, they have messed up my order three separate times. Honestly, I’d estimate that about 50% of the time I order from this location something is wrong.
Mistakes happen in restaurants, but the bigger issue was how it was handled. I called to speak with the manager, Joe, about the repeated order issues, and instead of acknowledging the problem or trying to help, he told me that their store is “the most accurate store on Long Island.” The conversation was dismissive and unprofessional, and he ultimately hung up on me while I was still speaking.
Customer service should matter, especially when mistakes keep happening. I hope ownership or corporate looks into the ongoing order accuracy issues and how customer concerns are being handled at this location.

Casual dining, great food! Love their wings and all of the sauces are good but my favorite is the Asian zing. Can’t go wrong here if you need something quick and filling.

I’m extremely disappointed in BWW again. Last summer, we waited with a party of 4 adults, 3 children. Two servers, empty tables. When we were finally led to the table, it was wet- like they’d just ran a rag over it and there was food all over the floor. Very disappointed.
Last night we gave them another chance with takeout. I placed an order through the app where it asks for a tip! I felt that the people who prepare the food deserve it, but do not like that it is asked for. My husband had to wait for the food b/c the server was busy watching the game, not even seating those waiting. We live close- the food was cold. The additional sauces we ordered were not included. And the celery…it was old, slimy and not prepped! I threw it out. Riverhead -do better!
