McDonald’s in Byram, MS has got be the absolute worst fast food store in the state. Ordered at the kiosk and the receipt did not print so I had no proof as what I ordered. Of course I didn’t get the entire order. Well there is a ticket on the bag when you receive your order but not the amount you paid at the kiosk. The manager argued with me about what I paid and what I got. So she did not make it right but it was only $1 that it cost me because you could add a breakfast burrito for $1. I added it and paid the dollar extra but didn’t get it. So it’s been a couple of years since I ate at McDonald’s and this visit reminded me why it’s been that long. Now for sure I will not EVER return. Long post but when it’s worth it for people to know how they treat customers at McDonald’s then I don’t mind the time it takes.

THIS LOCATION IS MUCH BETTER THAN PREVIOUS WITH STAFF. A LADY WHO APPEARED TO BE DISTRICT MANAGER WAS NICE/ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMERS & ASSISTED ME WITH PLACING MY ORDER ON THE KIOSK WHICH IVE NEVER USED. THE MAN DISTRICT MANAGER IS VERY UNFRIENDLY & NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. I STOP GOIN TO THIS MCDONALDS JUS TO AVOID SEEING HIS UNPROFESSIONAL FACE. ONLY WENT 2DAY BCAZ GRANDAUGHTER HAD TO USE CLOSET BATHROOM. I HATE PATRONIZING ANY BUSINESS WITH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNFRIENDLY MANAGERS. Employee on speaker talking about how many cars were in line. Then person taking orders was saying that it was just a little work and with teamwork they could get everything done quickly. Same person had a short attitude as to rush people through the line. Then the order was wrong. Got most of meal that was order but part was substituted for something else. This was aftere We had to pull up and wait a few minutes. But the guy that brought the food was nice. Food was decent as usual.

I come here all the time and have had the SAME issue every time. the little girl in the pickup window is rude as hell and i’m constantly missing things from my order. and when she brought my food out she decided to have an attitude with me when i asked her for ketchup. I have never been to a worse mcdonald’s sincerely. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HARD!!

I went to pick up my mobile order and was immediately yelled at that the lobby was closed due to an issue with the bathrooms (despite there being no signage). I mentioned that other customers were still sitting in the playplace area, and the employee snapped, Well, theyre trapped there. I explained that I just wanted to get the food I had already paid for, but they rushed through the process, asking what I had ordered instead of checking the app, clearly trying to get me out as fast as possible.
I had to repeatedly remind them that I ordered for two kidsboth needed drinks, Halloween buckets, and nuggets. Despite that, my order was still wrong. I ended up with only one apple packet even though I ordered two Happy Meals, no fries for anyone, no large drink for me, and somehow three extra packs of 4-count nuggets that I didnt order.
The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional. I understand if the lobby had to close for a maintenance issue, but theres no reason to treat customers rudely or rush them out without making sure their paid order is correct. It was stressful, confusing, and disappointing especially with kids waiting for their meals.

Their service is pitiful. I’ve been waiting in line for 45 minutes for a mobile order. They need to change management and get a better crew. It is 5:58 in the evening and they have the lobby locked. This is an inconvenience And unacceptable!!!!

And the lady at the register in the front was very rude. I also asked her, could she please make my Mac chicken fresh? But they didn’t do that. The fries was cold and they didn’t want to remake the Mac chicken. Because they said it had just came out. But it was dried out the mcdouble meat was also dry, like it had been sitting there for hours. I couldn’t even eat it. I had to give it to my dogs and the dog wouldn’t even eat it
