This McDonalds has the rudest employees I have ever seen at any establishment, EVER! Just went through and got treated terribly because I asked a question about my order. The girl literally threw my drink at me and slammed the window in my face. And then I look in the bag to see my meal just thrown in. Do better!! Sorry excuse for employees. I’ve never been so mad.

Don’t go here. They left a gal on day one taking orders with next to no training. Not only did they ring up the order wrong (missed a meal, the rest was good and I’m not blaming the one day checker, there was no one helping her) they Bagged the entire order wrong. We were not the only ones, every one from the drive through was coming back in with wrong orders. Two of our burgers were smashed and ketchup all over the bun. Just don’t go.

Definitely not a very busy McDonald’s and I understand why after the fact. Had to wait at the drive thru (no other vehicles present) they kept telling me to hold on. Got to the payment window and the employee asked me what did I have. (Hint, there were no other cars in the drive thru). Pulled up and waited for my food, they were in there cutting up, guess the customer comes after play time at work. Finally got my drin and food. When I received it, I automatically smelled onions, I always order food without onions. Had to sit there to get their attention to tell them that I had ordered no onions! They told me to pull up to the next window, which I did. Waited another 5 minutes to have my remade correctly burger thrown out the window to me. I opened the burger and it almost looked like sloppy, literally, cheese half on the bun, meat patties all curled up in the wrapper. I travel a lot. Always go through McDonald’s, but never this one again. Guess good employees really are hard to find these days.

To start off. They weren’t busy at all. Employees on their phones and playing in bathrooms. It took 30 minutes for me to get my food. On top of that my order was wrong. They kept telling us to hold on when they weren’t doing anything productive. They put mustard on my food (which I am allergic to) when I put no mustard on my order. This is highly unacceptable and needs to be handled.

Customer service is poor, especially in the drive-thru. Orders are often handled with little care, and communication through the speaker is rushed or disrespectful. The food quality is also poor. Most of the staff appears very young and lacks basic customer service skills, including how to speak to customers. These problems have been ongoing, not just a one-time experience. Management needs to provide better training and supervision.

Had to wait 10 minutes to get a cheeseburger happy meal while the worker at the window stood with her back to me talking in her phone after serving me the wrong drink. She said they were waiting on fresh meat. This was 630 pm on a Thursday.

absolutely terrible service. people were on their phones. not caring to the customers in front. we paid on the kiosk and we ordered a apple pie with our order. the workers did not tell us there was no pies made. i went up to the counter and asked her could she replace it and she ignored me and walked away. i don’t appreciate the atmosphere here. i am employed myself and this business should absolutely be shut down at this point. definitely need to work on the attitude. i can understand being stressed out and short staffed but this is ridiculous.

Stood at the register for 5 minutes waiting for help. Restaurant was completely empty. Emergency alarm was going off in the play house the entire time because a child opened the door. Nobody acknowledged it. All fountain drinks had no carbonation and the sweet tea was out. Horrible food, horrible service, horrible place.

I ordered online at 12:51. I didnt get my food until 1:45. Apparently I need to add, I ordered on the mobile app. I placed the order when I left mize, drove the 12 miles to mcdonalds, sat in the drive thru 45 minutes until I finally got my food. Do better.
