Very much enjoy the food and the employees are always very nice, however extremely disappointed to see that they had workers taking orders outside in the pouring rain. I think customers would be totally understanding waiting in a potentially longer line to use the order board and would understand that making the employees stand out getting completely soaked is ridiculous.

01/06/25 First visit at this location. My food was excellent. However the drive thru is a nightmare, just like other locations. The double lane is a useless waste of time… and the app only lane is ridiculous. Because you may order in the app but they don’t start making it until you get there, so what’s the point of ordering ahead? Then they force everybody into one lane anyway and you’re waiting behind these other idiots that are trying to cut in front of you because they think they can get their food faster. And the line wraps around the building. I looked at that and I was like nope I parked went and got my food came back out and left and the cars had barely moved. I love the food and the staff is always nice but your drive-thru makes it miserable.

Chick-fil-A has always been a favorite of mine, but tonight’s visit left me incredibly disappointed. One of the chicken nuggets in my order was completely inedible it had a massive tendon in it that was absolutely disgusting. It’s unacceptable to pay for food and receive something so unappetizing.
On top of that, there were other issues. My sandwich’s bun was crushed because of poor packaging, and the mayo I specifically requested and saw listed on the receipt wasn’t included in my bag.
It feels like the quality control and attention to detail have completely slipped at this location. This experience was frustrating and honestly makes me hesitate to return. I hope Chick-fil-A management takes this seriously and ensures these problems are addressed.

I have always loved chick fil a but today I order a cob salad the worse salad I have ever got!!!!! I can go to Walmart and get the same salad and have 10x the meat and veggies. I will never order salad from here quality of food was horrible!!!

I can honestly say that I have never been to any fast food restaurant anywhere, and I mean anywhere, that could top the service, food quality and cleanliness of Chick-fil-A! You would be very hard pressed to find a way to beat this place. I don’t even like to refer to it as a fast food restaurant because it is in a class of its own. Oh,and did I say the speed at which they get your order to you puts any other place to shame. You will find well trained and courteous personnel helping you from the time you order, outside or in, until your food is delivered to you and you leave the property.. Everything on the menu is delicious and .made of quality ingredients. You.just can’t go wrong here.

This was a great Chick-fil-A. It was spacious and clean. As always the food was good and the service was fast. The staff were nice, especially the young lady who refreshed my beverage. I enjoyed seeing the play area open for the kids again. I wish the Topeka location would get back to this quality again. I recommend the food and service to everyone.

Good always good! The honey BBQ sauce is amazing! The boy at counter was great . Only problem was the older lady working the floor. She was not the nicest person that you come across. Maybe another position would be better for her. One were she doesn’t deal with people!
