Told the McDonald’s representative behind the counter, that my fries were undercooked (quite achromatic). There’s nothing like grabbing those first few fries from the bag and tasting the backbone of American fast-food greatness. It’s McDonald’s. The food is the same no matter what. The staff of older ladies were very sweet. They greeted us with a smile and were so pleasant!! That was a nice change from what you usually expect from McDonald’s. They genuinely seemed to care about their job. So thank you ladies!
We came after the lunch rush around 1:30 on Wednesday. It was kinda messy, the drink station was the worst. I don’t fault the staff, I fault the nasty people that don’t know how to act in public.

The food is great but this McDonald’s is the slowest I’ve ever seen a fast food be. It isn’t just occasionally slow it is always slow. I usually buy one burger and I’ll be waiting what feels like forever. There’s also only one person on drive thru even though there’s two lanes so the lines are always long.

Giving 5 stars solely because of Ms. SABRINA at the drive thru ! Her courteous customer service made such a great impression. She made the wait for my food worthwhile . My fries and apple pies came out hot and fresh tasting as promised. She was so kind and really made me feel taken care of in the drive-thru, even when my food couldn’t be given immediately. She really made my day today and I’m so appreciative! 🙂

I have not had McDonalds in three or four years. After leaving an appointment for my mom I decided to drop in.
Love the service by kiosk that gave me the time to see what I wanted and make changes easily. Even though it was a busy time in and out of the store the service was great and our orders were correct.
Looking forward to returning soon.

Some dude at second window today around 11:30am was extremely rude. Came up to the window saying “what’s yalls problem? Yall good cus you looking at me like im doing something” and the First Lady at first window was being really rude taking the order.

After ordering at 9:57pm and waiting until 10:51pm in the curbside pickup spot, I was asked by one of the employees if I could return tomorrow to pick up my order. If they had no plans of fulfilling the order while they were open, they should’ve gone ahead and let me know when I arrived about an hour ago.

The sweet blonde working the speaker is the SWEETEST. I used to avoid McDonalds but the last two times I’ve come she’s been working and I’ve decided to stick with McDonalds for my diet cokes bc she so nice. 10/10
