Spent $30 on the mobile app for an order for pick up at 10:43pm on 10/23/25, come in to pick up my food, wait for an hour and a half just to find out that “they called my number” before I had even arrived and then said they can’t give me my food because of their “policy.” Do not spend your money at this sorry excuse for a McDonalds. I get that it’s fast food so you can’t expect the best service, but c’mon. An hour and a half and $30, and no food or drink to show for it at all. The workers are terrible, the food is dry, and it takes 15 mins on a good day to get your food. Terrible restaurant. Needs to hire better managers. And really just an entire new and better staff.

I went to this restaurant Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 9:33. I had pla e my order on the McDonald’s app ahead of time to ensure my order would be expedited. However I didn’t get my food until 10: 40. As I waited for my order I saw multiple employees leave the restaurant. I went in to see what was going on and saw only two employees working. In the meanwhile the drive through window was closed and no one working the counter. Additionally, the parking lot was full and customers were upset but no one offered any explanation.
When I finally got my order the food was cold and when I employee at the window, I was told to drive around the store and get back in line. The line was long and moving slow.
This was an awful experience and poor customer service.

Fries were piping hot, salted deliciousness; coke was cold and strong, how I like it! Overall, their fries are UNMATCHED, strawberry cream pies make a horrible day, bearable & a large coke just tops it an off with a cold cherry!! Try the Double Qt. Pounder, it’s pretty good when prepared right.

Honestly terrible. I waited for 40 min on an app order. The lobby in front of the counter was full of people WAITING for food. The staff acts like they have attitudes. No efficiency whatsoever. They probably don’t have good teamwork in the back either. They brought out my mcflurries 20 min before my food that I purchased to go, I will keep 1 star because they did remake them vs. refund since they were basically milk sitting in a drink carrier. I told another person waiting, specifically DoorDash/uber eats— this is why people go to Chick-Fil-A, and he agreed with me. If you want to wait all day for “FAST FOOD”, I recommend this McDonald’s.

The door dash app said my order was completed and when I came in it was not even started. There was employees walking around on the phone as well as the manager. I finally got my customers order after a 10 minute wait after it said it was ready.

If you walk in this McDonald’s you automatically will have special powers where you are invisible. No acknowledgement from employees they just stare as if not seen. Photo shows me waiting 10 min finally just walked out.

I am a person for a food delivery service. I HATE taking orders from here.
I can’t get any help, if the order says it will be ready at a specific time – add 10+ minutes to that, and I am constantly having to pay for my delivery customers order to be remade then have the delivery company reimburse me because they lost the order or “the system shut down”.
Just don’t order from here….

Every time I go here with my fiancé, they always get my order wrong. I get a two cheeseburger meal with meat and cheese only, and every single time without fail, they mess something up. Today, my fiancé went and got my order, and it says on the order label #33 Cheeseburger ONLY American Cheese. I went to check it (naturally, because of my distrustful nature of every restaurant because I have autism) and it had a few little onions of there. That’s not a huge deal, I can pick those off since they’re just on top of the cheese and on the bun. However, I go to check the second one and it is covered with onions. And they are all underneath the cheese. I am distraught because I cannot pick these onions off.
I gotta ask if these employees are alright. I’m all for forgiveness and understanding, but there comes a point where I can no longer excuse this. Because it is every single time, and I’m just tired. I just want a plain cheeseburger.
All that being said, the fries are good. Eat here if you prefer disappointment.
EDIT: Just discovered my first burger also had onions underneath the cheese waste of money and time.
