Customer service has completely gone down the drain. You can hear in the workers’ voices that most don’t want to be there. Foul language is heard inside depending on what manager is there. When orders are wrong, they get upset with you. We just have to do better. Prices are up, but the service is sadly decreasing.

I ordered and paid thru the app and only way to get order was to go thru drive thru and give order #. There were about 5 cars ahead of me to place order but took me an hour and 15 minutes from ordering and paying on the app to getting my order in my hands!
