I ordered through the app and attempted to check in but the screen malfunctioned when I went to put my spot number and there was no way to correct it. It told me to go in to pick up my food and show them my code. I did and the manager that was a check out stated that I never checked in. I explained what was going on and showed her my phone. I told her I tried to call and she mumbled something about the phone not working… as I stand there with a screaming 2 year old. The food was ready which was nice, but not warm. She handed me a large bag of food and a tray of drinks for me to get out the door while holding my 2 year old and with my 6 year old by my side. They offered no help. Nothing to cover the mess up. No kindness. I get it’s not her fault the app messed up, but it isn’t mine either. There should have been another option outside of calling a phone that doesn’t work. Thankfully there were nice customers that helped open doors and get to the car because the workers showed no care.

Stopped here on the way home from Crossville. The restaurant was clean. Even though they were extremely busy (Saturday around 11:30am) everyone was smiling and cheerful. There were so many people at the drive thru, inside at the kiosks and to be honest I had no idea how to use the self service kiosk. Luckily there was a kind woman who was in a fluorescent vest at the cash register. It was indeed my lucky day because she normally only works breakfast shifts.

I ordered the $7 special that was on the front window. There was a bit of a wait but I didn’t mind. This shop was set up like a factory in the back and seemed to be pretty efficient.

I received my order and went out to the truck. The first thing I noticed was that the fries were hot and fresh!! I had gotten sweet and sour for the nuggets but truthfully those were for my huskies. The sweet and sour was really good on the hot fries! My huskies also loved that I shared the fries with them.

I got out the box of nuggets and they were hot and fresh also. My guys had to wait just a minute but they loved them!!

Lastly I opened the sandwich. Y didn’t really read the sign other than the $7 part, so imagine my surprise when I opened the sandwich and it was a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. Granted the beef patties are not the biggest but the overall burger was amazing!! It was hot and fresh also! The lettuce was fresh, green and the tomatoes were also fresh.

This was literally the best McDonald’s experience I have ever had. Thank you to the well oiled machine of a crew that takes the time to make every bite a good one.

I went through the drive-thru this afternoon,I have to say they were busy but when I got home and went to eat my two little cheeseburgers the meat was burnt it was black on both sides. My dog wouldn’t even eat it and he eats everything. Considering how busy it was I was surprised at how quickly I got my food and now I know why because the hamburgers had already been cooked and they were burnt. Why would anyone sell that to a customer? You can’t tell me that whoever was cooking those burgers didn’t know that they were burnt. If they’re black and charred they’re burnt!

I live near this place and it is the absolute worst fast food/ McDonald’s i have ever been to. You will wait 30 min for your food. That is no exaggeration! It has happened multiple times. whomever is the owner of this place needs to pay attention to the customer responses and fix this major problem. Its pitiful

The restaurant looked clean, the employees were friendly and seemed to be making effort to provide good service. My gripe is that I ordered on the app, from the Monopoly menu. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a large fries and not one of the items had the monopoly game pieces on it.

Was told to pull forward and wait in one of the parking spots, waited almost 20 minutes for a big mac which was cold, barely had any sauce or toppings on it, and the patties/buns were thrown together in a way that the sandwich was falling apart. Ate it anyways because I was really hungry but it was like eating a cold, dry, rubbery sponge. Don’t mind waiting a bit for my non-food treat but when I do eat fast food I expect it to at least be hot. I have worked food service for years and so I could understand almost any level of mistake if they were busy, but there was literally only one other customer after me, who also got their food first.

Ordered breakfast on the app around 10:20 had to wait in there terrible line until around 10:40. The app processed my order and the Baxter McDonald’s clearly made it but once it turned 10:30 they said screw anyone in line and threw everything away. When I finally got to the window and told them my mobile order all they could say is we took ur order but don’t have the food for it and oh well. I was stuck in the drive thru line for another 10-15 minutes before I could get out to leave. They didn’t offer to give me anything to make up for it or even give me my drinks that they obviously had made sitting in the window.

I went inside to get breakfast while stopping at the Love’s for gas. After being inside a short time, I noticed a lot of flies. This raised concern about the kitchen cleanliness! With the number of flies present there has to be maggots breeding somewhere!!
I was disgusted by the thought and left to eat somewhere else.

Food was hot and fresh, was traveling thru town and stopped for a bite at 1:30 am. Seemed they were short staffed and orders were still getting out in a timely manner. Cudos to the crew that went to work that monday/Tuesday morning
