Not bad for a place inside a casino. All offerings are all a cart and carry an upcharge for where it’s located. Open late during the week even though the outlets are closed. Open till 2:00 a.m. on weekends. How’s breakfast and dinner offerings. Very small and tight seating. Food was quick and fresh.

I ordered a banana milkshake along with my son’s milkshake. He got his way before I got mine. Mine tasted like vanilla and not banana but I didn’t complain because I had ordered a grilled cheese. They brought me a chicken sandwich. I told them I ordered grilled cheese then they brought me a tuna melt sandwich three tries to finally get my grilled cheese sandwich. So I did not bother and drank the vanilla shake. You pay so much though that they you would think they could get it right at least the server had a smile and apologize for the mistakes. I don’t know if the first mistake was his and the other two were the cooks but I was not happy . The grilled cheese was good once I finally got it. Yes, the third time was the charm. The milkshakes are good though.

THE worst!! Sat down and 10 minutes later, no one had greeted us nor took our drink order. Yet, 2 tables came after us and both were given drinks and orders started. We got up and left and the employees watched us leave. No one asked if we were OK or why we were leaving. Absolute garbage in terms of service. Never again!

Food was good and well priced compared to everywhere else at the casino. Got a burger with onion rings, wife got the chicken finger and fries. Stopped by on our latest visit and got some shakes to go. Very good. One of the better places here. Service is good as well.

My husband and I wanted a quick bite, and the casino was packed with people. We decided to try JR, and even with the huge clientele, we were seated quickly, order taken, and served in a more than reasonable amount of time. The food was DELISH and the staff was very friendly even though they were so busy. We were seated at the counter, which I thought would be undesirable; however, my hubby and I had a blast watching the 2 grill attendees get all the orders prepped and ready. We have never seen a team work so well together and as busy as they were…they appeared to be ENJOYING themselves! Impressive, and we will definitely go back to eat there again. It was also VERY CLEAN.

Update: I want to give a shout out to Jennifer. She was the only server this evening (5/14/21). She has the patience of a saint. Very soft spoken, happy and so pleasant even if she’s running around trying to keep up. She doesn’t appear stressed at all despite the circumstances. What an excellent attitude. Keep up the excellent job! You’re the best so far in so many places we’ve dined in. Thank you very much!

1st time at Johnny rockets and it was very good. The tenders and fries were nice and fresh. My boyfriend had the grilled chicken sandwich which he loved. To go, I got the Oreo strawberry crumble milkshake, OMG- MUST TRY!

The service here is excellent, the food is always good at Johnny rockets, fast and convenient. Here is what stands out about this particular location: the coordination of the staff. We rarely see staff work together this well to get food to the customers quickly even when busy. It was incredibly busy the entire time we were dining but everything came out correct and quickly. I really noticed the great communication between all the servers, cooks, etc. my husband and I were impressed and it made us feel good to see that teamwork is not a lost art. Waiters helped other waiters serve and took care of each other. Our waiter deserves a shout out his name was CHRIS and he was WONDERFUL and very humble. He was on the move the entire time but still so attentive to us and worked so incredibly hard. Thank you Chris and everyone else for making our dining experience so pleasant. We were so thankful for an easy and fun dinner. We ordered loaded tot, onion rings, and burgers.

Arrived for a comedy show. Food court was closed and nearest restaurant is Johnny Rockets. A line out the door. Not enough people working so only half the restaurant was being used but hungry people waiting in line. Finally sat and its not wheelchair accessible at all so we had no choice to sit at the bar area n my boyfriend had to sit side ways but we made it work. This is my biggest pet peeve a couple that was sat sometime after us is being waited on and we just waited n was told three times he would be with us in a minute. We are getting hungry but have no choice to wait. We did appreciate that actually three people actually wanted to work serving and one cleaner so I kept silent. We ordered and fries came out first with no sandwiches. We ate those because we were starving. The service once we got it was good and we thanked the guy for working through this craziness. This is how bad its gotten that this restaurant is running at very low capacity and there is a line of hungry people and they do takeout. I can see why they are stressed and just trying to keep up.

Not much to say. They have good food, their chili cheese fries could have been a little better, maybe if the fries were cooked more it would have been great, other than that the server was friendly and food came out pretty quick
