***Update: I couldn’t submit a surevy and or leave a review because the code on my receipt had already been validated in the 15mins it took to drive home. Very interesting!!! Such a coincidence my wife said she didn’t need a receipt when paying but when I went inside and requested one from ole Justin he refused twice…. then I flat demanded!! He went in back for a minute or so and came back with a duplicate in hand. Even made a point to say “scan the code on top and fill out the survey for a free sandwich” with a little smirk. I sure hope management enjoys your little games as much I have. Cheers!!
We’ve hit this spot several times and always had fairly good service. Obviously its a new location so having a few bumps with the learning curve is no big deal. Tonight however was ridiculous wait time and poor service, only made worse by Justin “supervisor on duty”. Owner should rethink making him a leader of anything and definitely not made an example of how to work with the public. First time I’ve even considered leaving a review of a fast food joint…..it really was that bad!!!

The service was awesome Our food was brought cheerfully to our table. The problem was why is it so small inside? No drink refills? Also my sandwich had so much mayo on it and it said specifically on the bold receipt on the burger no slivered onions. There was onions on it. Being as we all were eating and they don’t have employees really standing upfront I just had my burger that tasted like onions

The employees clearly have no idea what they are doing. I waited 30 minutes outside for a mobile order. Every time I have visited this location they have made us wait over 20 minutes. You would think with it being a brand new store, management would be on top of things. Almost every time I’ve gone, a bunch of workers are lingering around outside by the drive thru lane, while every numbered spot is filled with someone waiting on their food.

We went today and the customer service as beyond amazing. There was a VERY sweet boy (I think I heard him tell someone his name was Zay I might be wrong tho) who was working the lobby greeting everyone and being so kind. Great energy in there and the inside look also was very clean and looked like it’ll be a nice hangout for highschool/college kids. Big shout out to Zay!

Every time I go service is slow and there is always something wrong with my order, it seems like employees are more concerned with socializing than doing their jobs correctly. I’d rather drive across town to the Willow location.
