I was able to try Masala Magic this weekend.
I was surprised to see how large the inside was. I was dining alone and I was seated at a table with couch seating. I enjoyed the comfort, and it is perfect for large groups.
The restaurant is very clean and well attended to during service times.
The staff are very attentive and I enjoyed their interactions.
I ended up ordering paneer pakora and garlic naan. I also tried their lunch buffet.
It was a perfect amount of options to be able to try different dishes.
There were classics like curry chicken.
Call ahead to see what is there, because it changes daily.
I highly recommend their Bhindi masala. I tried this for the first time and it is my new favorite vegetarian dish.
They also offered a masala Chai. I highly recommend ordering it with your meal or with the buffet.

Tandoori grilled mix plate, butter lamb, lamb curry, fried fish, lamb biryani, and chicken biryani. The flavors were exceptional. I didn’t try the buffet this trip, but it’s definitely on the list for next time. The flavor is untouchable—everything tasted fresh and perfectly executed.

Food is made fresh to order. Service was quick, and helpful when ordering. Beautiful, comfortable place to enjoy your meal. Portions are huge. Customer service is 100% great. I tried something differen, I believe it was the Tandoori Mixed Grill which came with chicken and lamb. I’ve never had lamb and it was delicious. Samosas are my always to get appetizers and they were very delicious. I’ll be back to try other dishes on the menu.

I would avoid peak hours as it seems like their kitchen chokes up when the tables are full. We went on a Friday night and there was a 12/14 Top that ordered right before us – we ended up waiting an hour for our food, but we didn’t mind because the atmosphere and music is so nice. The hosts were telling people there was a 45 minute wait that night so if you’re set on eating here I would recommend coming before 6 PM.
The food is top tier. You have to order rice or naan separately from your main dishes, but it works out because the price of the main dishes is usually ~$10.
I have mild Celiac response and the staff were all very kind and helpful. There are a ton of options marked Gluten free – however the menu does specify that there is a possibility of CC due to the high volumes of flour used in the restaurant. I did not have a reaction!
The tava fry is amazing and my carnivore partner actually liked it more than the butter chicken and goat curry!
They’re starting a buffet in March on the weekdays that I’m very much looking forward to trying~

I enjoyed my meal at Masala Magic! I attended the lunch buffet and got to try a variety of different dishes. Each dish was hot and flavorful. The Naan was Fresh, Hot, puffy and buttery as it should be! I was greeted and felt welcomed right away and the hostess was kind, attentive, and helpful. There was even Hot self serve Chai (tea). I recommend Masala Magic and give it 10/10!! I will definitely be back again soon!! Thank You!

We’ve been waiting for this place to open and wow it was definitely worth the wait. Food has amazing flavor, we tried the lunch buffet and everything was delicious. We also got the amritsari kulcha and it was flavorful. The owners and staff are so friendly. This is probably the best Indian food in Ceres! Give it a try!

This is the best Indian food I have had. My wife and I have recently starting venturing out and trying different Indian restaurants in Ceres to Modesto in Chico, Redding and Reno, Nevada…Marsala Magic is hands down the best flavors and atmosphere. Amazing food and great service! Everything we ordered was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the naan was fresh and soft, and the spices were balanced just right. Portions were generous and the staff was friendly and attentive.
