FIRST! IVE NEVER SEEN PEOPLE SO RUDE! , I waited in curbside for a long time because I had done my order while sitting in curbside so my food could be fresh! Guess what??? It wasn’t, the burgers were cold, the fries were cold also…the cheese wasn’t melted. It was just a disappointment! Not only that, there were fly wings in my lemonade! I called not even 2 mins after getting up the street and they didn’t offer me anything, just wanted my personal info for a free meal card! I spent 42$ (I wanted a refund) what made them think someone wants to eat it again..I reached out to corporate, I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else! I’m pissed because the manager stated they don’t do refunds..then proceeded to state today if I called after the problem they would’ve given me one, but that’s not what I was told the day I got it! Today we went to McDonalds in Columbia.
Using the kiosk I ordered two Fish Fillets diners and a 6 piece chicken McNuggets.
The problem was one of the fish fillet dinners was wrong. It had only onions and no lettuce and pickles like I ordered. So the server ask if we had anything we needed so I said the fish fillet order was wrong so she took back the sandwich and then delivered the replacement fish fillet order but opening the sandwich there was no fish patty!!
I can’t imagine how they forgot the fish patty in a fish fillet sandwich! The server had to cover her mouth when I showed her the mistake, she was so shocked to see a missing fish patty!
I don’t understand how a kiosk order can be messed up twice with the same sandwich. Hum.

I get caramel frappes frequently from different McDonald’s. This particular one always does something wrong. My fiance grabbed one for me this morning asked for no whipped cream extra caramel. Got it and it had whipped cream with no extra caramel. She told them to take it back and get her what she ordered. They brought it back with no whipped cream no extra caramel and barely any crushed ice ♂️ just a cold coffee with a little caramel more or less for $6. I get that yall dont get paid much but if ya can’t do something this simple maybe you should just stay home and quit wasting our money and time. On the other hand the one by the Interstate is top notch the order is always right and fresh and they are always friendly. But the staff looks and acts completely different oh and they always have receipt paper in there machine as well. This one at bear creek is just terrible in all aspects honestly and terrible work ethic.

I ordered Curbside Pickup because I usually like getting my food quick. Well today, I waited for about 15-20mins( Would of been faster to do the drive through ordering).
They brought the food out to me in DoorDash bags for the curbside.(The girl asked if it was okay). Also, all of my food was cold. My nuggets, fries, and my mcchicken. Plus my Shaker bag for my grinch meal was missing.
I used to work at this place in high school, but it has fallen off so much. I am now recommending Trotwood or even driving to the bear creek by I-65 more.

I bought a big order they didn’t put half of my order in the bag and when I come back, they told me they couldn’t do nothing because I don’t have my receipt with me when I had just been up there like five minutes ago prior I had this issue with the store every time I ordered 2 sweet tea And they couldn’t even get that right so I told him to keep all their food and everything I just paid for and I didn’t want their service. Do not go to this McDonald’s. I spent over $40 there and didn’t get to eat any of the food

It’s McDonald’s, so you don’t have the highest expectations. The people are very friendly at this location but my order has been wrong in several visits. Not their fault, but when you contact customer service about missing items, you don’t get a refund, just an apology.

The chicken strips were super chewy, like overgrown cornish cross. Waited for 20 minutes to get them. Not a reflection of the restaurant, but the chain in general. That cheap chicken wasn’t cheap.

Sign out front about iced coffee drew me in. I was a little confused about the lady with the headset constantly starting a conversation, not with me, to the drive thru. But she was standing right by me. Lol. It took longer than I expected just for coffee, but it was good.
