I didn’t think to take this picture until after we had eaten a few slices of pizza but this is ridiculous. It looks like a toddler cut this pizza… unfortunately it was overcooked and tasted like cardboard too. I ordered two pizzas and both of them were overcooked along with the zesty cheese bread. Super disappointed.

There seems to be a typical very long wait time, for food. I placed an online order and it took over a hour. In their defense this is an extremely busy location. The pizza was ok but the crazy bread was smashed into a big ball with no clear “bread stick” in the bag. The crew seemed to be non stop working & the young man upfront handled the busy crowd so well! He was very patient and kind to the customers. I wish the food would have been better but the service, although slow, was really good.

Attempted to order delivery from here for the second time.
They canceled on me without any notice, any warning, any explanation, after we waited for over an hour.
Then, 2 days later, I realize they didn’t automatically refund my charges, even though they canceled on me. (So, be sure you’re checking your accounts when you get canceled on! They’ll sure keep it if you aren’t paying attention! Great service model.)
Now, I’m 11 days past THAT, had to call AGAIN, and got told that “maybe” I’ll see my money in 8 days and to call back if I don’t so they can THEN connect me with a “specialized agent” – and refused to do so while I was on the phone…
So, again, they put it back in my court when I’m the one who was left high and dry. I kept asking for help and I kept getting a scripted response, “Oh, we’re sorry. I hope I explained this to you well enough and you’ll leave a nice review for me.”
I uninstalled the app and won’t be back. I’m sure I’ll be calling for months now just to get my $45 returned.

I got the Tmobile special and ordered on the app and drove 20 mins away to give time to prepare. the garlic breadsticks were doughy and not done, no sauce to dip. The pizza was good. I appreciate how hard the employees work considering the great prices, and specials with all the various delivery apps, error happens but they all still deserve 5 stars for affordable food that is quick, tastes great and the ease of pickup with the codes, ordering online is just fantastic.

So I order from this location form time to time and they are pretty cool about having hot and ready stuff available. The staff is friendly and quick to help you at the counter.
The part that’s making me write a review is as I was standing there waiting for my order to finish up I saw a mouse run from behind the counter over to the trashcan next to their drink cooler.
I’m gonna stay away from this location, and I’d advise the same.

If you want to order a pizza and wings that will take 1.5 hours to get to you and the food will be colder than it was before it was cooked… this is your place. Oh need sauce? They will charge you for it but you won’t get it.

I preordered online. When I arrived they weren’t yet made. I waited for them 20 minutes. And the boxes would not stay closed. It was a for a social. I was horribly embarrassed to say the least.

This place is a mess. Slow, didn’t have all of our food ready and had to wait for them to cook the rest of our food. Of course the food that wasn’t ready was over cooked and the stuff that was ready was cold. Didn’t give us all of our order. Staff is clueless, rude and don’t seem to care. You could hear the manager in the back loudly cursing and complaining. This place is poorly run. Will not be back. Avoid this place. Trust me, it sucks.

Ordered a pizza 20 mins in advance to pick it up. When App said pizza was ready to pick up we went there to retrieve our order and was told it wasn’t ready yet. Lady up front was on a personal phone call cussing while helping another customer. We stood around for alittle over an hour and left without any food. Was a terrible experience. Will not be returning.

Has a tendency to get the order wrong, especially for delivery. It took them 3 times to get a simple bacon pizza right. And even then the 3rd time the pizza was burned. There is hardly ever a buffet set up, what little there is of it. I remember when the buffet counter would have people lining up for a meal. Now no such luck. It’s get your pizza and get out.
