Shaun is great and a super nice kid. I was there recently on the weekend and in a hurry. My order was wrong so I had to go back in. Shaun was very helpful. Went to someone on the line and made sure it was corrected quickly. I was even surprised how proactive he was. Very nice kid! They’re fortunate to have him as he represented them well.

I went through the drive thru with my little one at 12:00pm 2/12/26 There was a shorter lady in the back window taking orders who had an attitude the entire time. I was very friendly and even greeted her cheerily because I saw the guy who was before me was really rude. She interrupted me multiple times and demanded what sauce my little one wanted with her nuggets while I was asking her and was just overall rude. This isn’t the first time she’s always very very rude. Definitely not the type of person you want working in customer service if she’s going to constantly act like that.

My mother has been very sick in hospital so been very emotionally distressed and tired. Me and my husband went to eat supper there around 7:30 pm, however it was freezing cold, everyone in the building was cold and complaining. The manager was extremely rude and kept saying she has no control of the temperature. Other customers who eat their regularly say it’s always an issue with the night crew, their hot from moving around and in the kitchen so they cut the heat off for their convenience….I was so upset and cold, could not enjoy my food and wish we would have just left, however, they said they couldn’t control temp but after the uproar in the store and another customer contacted the main boss of the store, you could tell it started warming up some but not much…Management needs to step up and keep things under control there and make sure customers can sit down and eat in peace without all the confusion…Will not be going back to that atmosphere again, other customers says it’s been a issue for a long time and nothing is ever done about it…Will not being going back to that store again!!!

Staffs here are friendly but need more training. Ordered a triple fish and explicitly asked for paper wrap instead of the regular box. First time got a box, so has to go indoors to fix it. Second time they gave me wrapped but double – I was already a few miles away when I found it.

Went through the drive through, sat for 10 minutes in the drive through line after I ordered, then got to the window and got half my order. I went inside and told the lady at the counter. She stared at me, open mouthed and didn’t say and thing. When I said “din’t just stare at me, go get the rest of my order”, the employees all stood there and stared. Absolutely the worst McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time.

Why does fast food take longer than going to a real restaurant. They were not even busy (2 cars in front of me) and it took 23 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a Diet Coke…. Ridiculous.

Put in a online order and paid. Got to restaurant and put in my curbside # and waited for over 30 minutes but no one came. Mind you, cars were in and out continuously in drive thru so I know .y order was before them because like I said, I sat their over 30 minutes. I finally went in and the lady said my order wasn’t ready. Im like its be now 45 minutes. She was rude as can be. Also, another gentleman had placed and mobile order and they told him that it wasn’t on screen yet and questioned him like he was lying. He had the order showing at that store paid and ready. The lady told him…”Sorry, I don’t know what to tell you, come back later”…..Like what?.. I do not recommend McDonald’s in Savannah. Go to Wendy’s or Burger King. This McDonald’s sucks..
