We had a problem with the drive through person hearing us.
Assumed it was the speaker.
Until we got to the windo and the person was on their phone having a full conversation, barely acknowledging us.
The hash browns was crispy, like a cookie crisp.
Won’t be going back there again. I’ll drive to the one in Jackson.

I have been driving to this mcdonalds from the south-west side of madison county for months now, a 25 min drive. Just to avoid the ones in jackson that have long forgotten what “customer service” and “good food” actually mean. My last few trips have been disappointing to say the least. So I will not be making that drive any longer after this last trip. I mean I can save gas and get the same service in jackson now. The service has slowed in the drive thru and my order has been wrong the last 3 times. I had to go in this last trip to get half of my order that wasn’t given to me in line. It’s just proof that no one cares any more about good service or doing the job that they chose to do. Anywhere I go outside of jackson has always had such better service and I’ll drive however far I need to for my order to be right, hot and all there. This location has simply fell in line with the others in the area. Not a care in the world about the customer actually enjoying what they paid for…

Trying to order here for old people is kinda difficult. I managed to order a 10 piece nugget meal and did not get the dipping sauce I requested and when I ask I was told it would cost me 30 cents. ????? What?, also had to chase someone down to get my drink cup but finally did. The food was OK at best. Everything was made right eventually but I’ll probably consider somewhere else next time.

This location amongst several others (we just frequent this one most often) CANNOT ever get our order correct. It doesn’t matter if I order at the speaker or on the app. Food is rarely warm and fries are almost never fresh. Every time my husband orders something with bacon they always forget the bacon. If I order a bacon quarter pounder that means I want the bacon or I’d order the one without! ♀️

Dirty tables when we arrived, cleaned it ourselves. Hamburgers were dried out (double cheeseburger). The manager was accommodating to get my grandchildren ice cream after there was a problem with the machine. Very nice.

Just waited 35 minutes for food in a reserved parking space. Worked came out and asked for receipt halfway in, saying something about the system. Never received food after watching other people in drive thru receive theirs and was so frustrated after a long day that I didn’t even try to get a refund, just drove away and went somewhere else. Worst experience at McDonald’s in Medina.
