Donuts are always great. Lots of people working. Most were super friendly and smiling but the girl at the register wasn’t. Tried to ask a few questions and she made it seem like it was a bother to respond. Later overheard she was the manager there. Never experienced that from a manager at other establishments before.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had today with one of your employees, Karanda ID1043879 .She was very rude and disrespectful during my visit. In addition, the drink I received tasted like water, and it felt as though it was done intentionally.
This is my regular Dunkin Donut location, and I have never had any issues before. I usually enjoy the service and quality here, which is why today’s experience was especially disappointing.
I hope this matter can be looked into, as I truly value this location and would like to continue being a loyal customer.

I have had 2 separate experiences with this location with 2 different staff members and both have shown kindness, courtesy and friendliness. Very professional the 2nd time they helped fix another DR’S undrinkably sweet caramel iced coffee… thank you for your help.

Apparently I purchased creamer with a hint of coffee. It was not good at all. I ordered a blueberry muffin and it wasn’t baked completely. I received a raw batter muffin. It wasn’t edible. I think proper training on how to bake and not serve customers raw food. I would hate to have ordered eggs and had to drink them. I do not recommend this location unless you enjoy overly sweet and under cooked.

Drive thru lady choose to make a smart ass remark about me clarifying I did not want bacon on my egg and cheese croissant. Since it normally comes with bacon and sometimes they mess it up Its reasonable to clarify. Lady I’m Muslim. We don’t eat pork don’t give me attitude.

I LOVE this Dunkin, mainly it’s the fish tank. The service was ok. I asked for an unsweet tea, but got a sweet tea. It was so delicious that I didn’t care. But I made sure the next one was unsweet. I ordered one coffee roll and got two. I was happy about that. I left there all sugared up. I would go back though.

I usually don’t write reviews like this, but it’s gotten to the point where I feel I need to say something. I’ve been a regular at this location because it’s close to home, but after repeated negative experiences specifically with Liz I’ve decided I won’t be returning. It takes a lot for me to speak up, but the consistent rudeness and disrespect are unacceptable. I understand everyone has off days, but this isn’t a one-time issue. Liz is regularly dismissive, makes rude comments, rolls her eyes, and acts visibly annoyed if you ask for something as simple as napkins or a straw. That kind of energy is not how anyone wants to start their day. We all have things going on in life, but that doesn’t excuse being unkind especially in a customer-facing role. I work in hospitality myself, and there are certain basic standards of professionalism and respect that should always be upheld. I’ll gladly drive a little farther for better service. Hopefully, management takes this seriously, because this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! First, the cashier was not friendly at all. Beyond that, I tried ordering a bagel sandwich and was told they were out of everything for the sandwich except for an English muffin, so I paid for that and 2 doughnuts. The cashier left the restaurant, one of the other workers disappeared to the back, leaving one girl. She began taking orders from 3 other people while I waited for my English muffin sandwich to be made. After about 10 minutes of waiting I asked for a refund which never happened. I left and attempted to call corporate to no avail. Apparently they know how HORRIBLE their restaurants are because they will not allow me to speak to anyone. I will just have my attorney handle it.
On top of that, the doughnuts were awful and the restaurant was not clean. 0 STARS!
Go to Krispy Kreme if you want a much better experience and food!

This location is staffed with employees that march to the beat of a different drum. It’s really a cultural clash between a group of people who are raised differently and not much more than that. You will find similar behavior throughout Riveria Beach.
Another issue I have is this location overfills all iced drinks with more ice to save them time when adding the drink to the cup. See a photo of the level of Ice in my medium cup. It’s pretty much 95% ice and 5% liquid by volume.
