Was asked to pull to drive thru spot one bc they had to cook fresh fries then sat there for 15 minutes as at least 12 cars were served before me. Ended up walking inside to get my order. It had been made the whole time, but no one thought to check the drive thru spots they literally asked me to pull into. So I waited 15 minutes for cold food oh and I didn’t get a straw either.

I used the app and ordered ahead so I could avoid waiting. It took me 15 minutes to get there and they hadn’t even started to make my order. I ended up waiting another 13 minutesfor them to make the chicken ( had to make it fresh) and then when they finally brought my food to me, the fries were COLD!

Terrible employees, don’t know how to count properly or read orders on a screen to make your food properly, apparently doesn’t accept loose change. Have came here countless times and multiple times have been met with rudeness, and poor customer service and orders are constantly messed up. I understand everyone has their bad days but when you have a team of entire people this is just unacceptable.

Chicken nuggets were super thin and dry like they’d been sitting around all day. Fries were tiny and I mean about 1/4 inch long. Asked for salt and was handed 1 packet. Do not recommend even walking inside….. it’s not worth it.

I stopped here to get dinner on a Sunday night. I didn’t think I would have to look closely at the food AND drinks. I asked for Big Mac sauce and lettuce on one burger. Upon arriving home, the food was already cold. There was a fly in one of the drinks. There was no Big Mac sauce or lettuce even though the receipt indicated we had requested it. This is also the second time I have ordered burgers and they were raw in the middle. I doubt we will ever return to this McDonald’s.

Better not have a food allergy, they will completely ignore it then you’ll have to go back up to the counter to re order your food while the back of the house workers all turn around to see who has a food allergy and roll their eyes.

Food is good. Service is sloppy and slow. Don’t come if you are in a hurry. One of the few McDonald’s with a toy which is great.
