Stopped in on Friday Feb 6 in the evening. Fine service & food. Enjoyed the music. It wasn’t too cold inside the restaurant. Restrooms seemed fine, as I recall. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

This is a Big Mac believe it or not. This is ridiculous is what it is. Looks like instead of a bun they used a slice of bread from the grocery store not to mention they put a gallon of sauce on it. The cashiers at the windows were so rude and short with zero customer service skills. This is completely unacceptable and sad to be honest.

This is the worst place to order from. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. One is luke warm, the other cold the cheese is not even melted. One has no onions at all and one has 7 tiny pieces. I had quit going here a while back and thought i would try again but nope not a good idea. For the price it would be nice to get edible food. These are nasty and my dogs are having hamburgers for lunch. I wish I could include pictures.

Just don’t go here. The customer service is horrible, they’re rude if you even speak to them at the window and half the time they’re too lazy to literally just put the damn fries in the bag. This is the most pathetic location in town so unless you just happen to already be right here, just dont waste your time and money, because they likely won’t be giving it back

I watched the employee at the drive thru window hand my child’s happy meal order (the only thing we purchased) to the vehicle in front of us. The driver handed that happy meal back to their child. After a back and forth for a minute, the woman in the vehicle in front of me handed all of the food back to the employee in the drive thru. She got her food and left. I asked the employee at the window to remake the food and that I didn’t mind waiting because the food was for my 15 month old son. He said “they didn’t open it, I promise you’re good.” And did not remake it. Completely unacceptable to take food BACK from someone’s child and give it to another person’s child.

9/20/25 9:50pm I’m pregnant and all I wanted was some fries with salt on them the past couple of times I’ve went I’ve gotten fries with little to no salt on them so this time I asked if they would double check that the fries had salt on them and at first they handed me my food with no fries I asked for my fries and they handed me hot fries fresh out fryer with not a drop of salt on them. That’s petty to a pregnant woman for no reason.

For this, McDonald’s to be in one of the busiest parts of Jackson, they have some of the worst crew members there. For the last month or so, they have gone downhill fast! Just about every time we ordered something is missing or wrong. Then, I waited an hour for food because no one was up front. They were outside, the manager on duty was extremely unprofessional, and cursing all the customers for just ordering. The last time I went in because we stopped using them in doordash because of so many mistakes. The trash was overflowing, flies everywhere, and crew very, very unprofessional.
