I ordered a no 9 steak egg bagel (round egg, no cheese, extra onion) and ice coffee no sugar. The steak was extremely over seasoned and excessive breakfast sauce. The sandwich did not include extra onions no round egg and sugar in my coffee. As a diabetic, I was unable to drink the coffee or eat the meal I paid for and ordered that did not meet my request and what I paid for. As you can see from the picture the bagel is soaked after wiping it off with six napkins, which is also pictured soaked in this fake butter sauce extremely disappointed and here lies $9.98 worth of garbage!

What can you expect when you pick McDonald’s on the way, anywhere? The food was absolutely disgusting. The French fries were chewy and half of them were cold, the sprite was just soda water, the burger was sloppy (to say the least). The wraps were soft with fresh lettuce, a nice chilled buttermilk ranch, some tasty shredded cheese, and some “chicken” strips with a third of it being either tendon, or re-warmed old dry skin? It resembled chewing on fringe.
Finally the service… By far the absolute BEST service of anywhere I’ve ever been in my entire life. Ordering was simple. The lady over the intercom was was happy, articulate, and easy on the ears. Turns out she’s sweeter than the hot apple pies they probably have drying out under a lamp. The manager was nice too! Martin McDonald’s midnight Saturday shift makes it worth going to a McDonald’s.

McKenzie….store has gone down quickly. Food is fair at best. Don’t even consider dinner. Service in the store is almost non existent. Staff and managers would rather go out and smoke than help customers. Have actually heard a manager inform the crew not to take orders at the counter. Oh yeah….and on more than one occasion the management uses some colorful language.

I understand that recently one of the managers attended Hamburger University. Having been there myself, the owner wasted his money.. It’s about customer service, teamwork and quality. Non of which is currently being performed.

We are moving into our new house and after unpacking boxes all day who wants to cook so of course me and my family of 5 order for pick up. When I got to the only happy meal I ordered I guess they did not like how my child wanted it (see exhibit A in pictures). On the contrary to how this worker thought it would upset my child it did not, just me. She loves onions. How are you going to be mad you have a job to do that you get paid for I might add? The managers are present during the day and it is evident in the service and quality of food at night.

Usually the food is good & fresh. Sometimes my order was definitely put together with old food or has barely any toppings. Service is usually good, nice, & fast. Sometimes the workers seem more concerned with being fast than being friendly which I’m cool with as long as my food is fresh. Decent & cheap meal especially with the app.

Made us wait over 10 minutes just to answer us at the speaker so we could get our mobile order. They were able to tell us to wait but not able to get us before the other customers who came after us in the other drive through. So their speaker was obviously not broken. Terrible service. Perhaps somebody needs to get off their behinds and actually hire a full crew.

Very unorganized. Ordered food in drive thru then waited forever to finally get to the first window with nobody there. After each car in front moved up and still nobody at the window I moved up. Then they proceeded to tell me to pull around to the front. After waiting longer they come out to tell me they didn’t get my order because I haven’t paid and I said I tried and nobody was there. They then tell me I need to go back in the line that is a mile long. Lots of miscommunication.

Ordered a regular Big Mac meal thru DoorDash and a couple other items online . Got a free Big Mac gift with my order bc it was about $30. When my food arrived both Big Macs were plain- as if the sandwiches were half assembled bc they honestly were. Just to get the order out. And it ruined the whole meal I was supposed to eat bc it was my partners food they messed up. I called but McDonalds said it has to go thru DoorDash. I got my $7 refund, but I think the employees should be responsible for not giving a crap about putting together a simple order correct

Pulled up got a kids meal and 10 piece nuggets meal they didn’t give us any sauce and told us we would have to come inside or go back around and pay for sauce? Who in the hell is in charge of this McDonald’s? Since when did sauce not come with nuggets? I will never in my life be back.
