I did a mobile order to get the burger round and I went inside. They still got the burger wrong. I ordered the meal and she took the bag with the fries and gave me a bag with no fries. The manager started cutting me out was very unprofessional.

Busy restaurant. As expected, lots of children were enjoying their food. I used the kiosk and ordered a hamburger, no drink, no fries, nothing else. It took about 15 minutes to get my order. All the people in front of me were getting very large bags of food for takeout. I think that’s why it took so long to get my burger. Nice, new restaurant. Friendly employees.

We stopped in as we were passing through town. The food is what you would expect from a McDonald’s. We didn’t eat in the store so I can’t say much about the atmosphere but the service was okay.

Typical McDonald’s food, but this is one of the nastier McDonald’s I’ve seen. At 9:30 PM on a Tuesday, the kitchen was a mess – even the front side in plain sight of customers in line. Food and trash on the floor, personal belongings on food prep counters, splattered whatever on glass dividers and counters, just generally a mess everywhere. Aren’t they supposed to wear hairnets on the food prep line? We were there for more than an hour and none of it had been cleaned up by the time we left. I avoid most fast food for this reason, but I was with a group.

Actually ridiculous I asked the cashier to buy a cup of water and she told me no. Then told three others no. Like legit didn’t let us buy a water she has severe issues a water is on the menu it’s 105 outside she got problems. The manager needs fired or put in her place asap!!

Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes after waiting in line for 15 minutes. My husband finally went in and they were just then getting it together. Terrible service and food was cold. We will not be back ever.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The General Manager was the one working the desk and was SO RUDE. I went in to order a water and she told me that she wouldn’t sell me a water and I said to just charge me for a xs cup but instead she charged me for a coke ($3). When I read the receipt I asked her why she charged me for a coke and she said that they didn’t have water so I went to the machine and got water and showed her that they did. She raised her tone and got mad saying that she will not sell me a water only for a coke. Also there was flies everywhere. Seriously needs a new manager.

Playing a soccer game and our bus stopped to use the restroom and get water before our game. 105 degrees outside. Asked to BUY a cup of water and the MANAGER flat out said “no.” Another player bought a “water” but she rang it up at a Large Coke and gave her a small cup. (Not their fault but our bus has 0 air conditioner and the entire team was visibly pouring sweat, you would think they would have some sympathy)
