I ordered two happy meals/kids meals, and the bottom of both boxes were wet. When I was getting out of my vehicle, the bottom felt out and the food hit the ground. I tried calling the restaurant, but the phone picks up and no one says anything. I normally don’t do McDonald’s at all, but my grandchildren love it. Wow. They won’t even answer their phone.

I recently just left back after ordering a number three a double quarter pounder with cheese after receiving my meal I only had one patty but paid for the full number three. Also my Sprite with no ice was missing an eighth of its drink instead of just filling the cup up since it had no ice. And I’ve been trying to contact the store for the last 30 minutes and no one seems to be answering the phone. I definitely will avoid this location moving forward.

Awful employees who are rude, hateful, and unprofessional. On top of that, I dont think I have ever had an order made correctly here except black coffee. The big Mac I ordered had all of the items on the bottom portion but none on the top. Can’t say I’m surprised.

Unfortunately I have now only resorted to getting coffee from here. I have ordered several of times and all were bad. I will not purchase anything other than coffee from here. The last visit I had asked for 2 small cups of ice and received 2 waters, hey, it happens, so he emptied the waters, put ice and handed me the cups… no lid. I was done then. I will not return.
