I went to this McDonald’s thinking it was going to be a regular McDonald’s thing, but no I waited 5 minutes in the line, and then I order a milkshake, and then they say we forgot to press the cold button on the machine, and when I finally thought it couldn’t get any worse to make up the milkshake the gave me a tiny McFlurry. I do not recommend going to this McDonald’s.

Oh shiny new McDonald’s… I had such high hopes for you! Since I’ve been visiting McDonalds in Arlington, I’m continually disappointed.
This is a brand new McD’s which appears to be overstaffed and very heavy on management!
But the fries are soggy, burgers are cold.
I just don’t understand how they can’t get the basics right on the first few days, then even few weeks in.
I write today because #1 I sat at a speaker and watched multiple cars go through the other speaker (like is it already broken or is the tech that complicated, or does anyone know what’s happening) and then, #2 when asked of I wanted to “round up for charity?” I politely declined.
They, however, took my $0.98 cents as a forced donation.
I’m not a monster, I donate plenty of money, but I don’t donate to the world’s largest, most profitable corporations in order for them to get another write off from my “gift.”

It’s ridiculous that 2 burgers and 2 fries (no drink) cost almost $20.

This McDonald’s isn’t ready, go to the other one on 70. It is not a good idea to send EVERY car to the reserved spots. We had a small order, already waited at the window, then was asked to move up to a spot. Hashbrowns were cold.
Please Arlington, don’t give us anymore fast food places that we already have.

Went to dine in at this location and was massively let down, there’s one cash register and 4 kiosks in a room probably the size of a standard master bedroom, there’s barely any dining space and they no longer allow you to go get your drink and instead you have to hope they don’t forget to get you one. Whatever trend this is for McDonald’s I don’t like it and prefer the older location in town since it’s more welcoming. Definitely won’t be returning to this location at all.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s, something is wrong with my order. I have ordered a quarter pounder with cheese at this location and every single time they don’t put onions on it and absolutely smother it in ketchup to the point where the bun is soggy and falling apart. I would not recommend going here because every time I’ve ordered here it takes a very long time, is unorganized, and the food is not good.

It is 11:20 PM on December 28, 2025. I ordered a double quarter pounder cheese meal and it was excellent. Hot fresh and perfect. The Staff member that I met at the window was friendly and professional. Exemplary customer service.
