I rarely write reviews on food places because there is little that hasn’t been said already. But I really need to about this Jets location.
For starters, I’ve been coming here for years. Always consistently great pizza.
But today, 9-12-2025,is I ordered my usual personal BBQ chicken pizza. Whoever was working today made an actual piece of art. I opened that pizza box and I had to just sit and admire it for a moment. I don’t take pictures of my food, but this was like being transported to the louvre in France and laying your eyes on the Mona Lisa for the first time.
I was absolutely awestruck. The pizza somehow tasted better than it looked.
So yea, it was a decent pizza dining experience I guess.

We had Jet’s DoorDashed to our hotel room while staying in Novi. The food is phenomenal! I love the crispy texture of both the crust and the bread, and my pizza had just the right amount of toppings. I’m really sad that we don’t have one closer to home because I would be ordering from them all of the time!

I ordered a Buffalo Ranch Chicken pizza and clearly told her three to four times no bacon, please. However, the pizza was made with bacon. I am really unsatisfied with my order because the employee did not follow the instructions given by the customer. I hate this experience and I will never go back to Jet’s Pizza.

No complaints!!! My pizza was made to perfection. I ordered a cheese pizza slice. I wish I would’ve asked the gentlemen his name who made my pizza. However he has black hair and average height. He knows how to make pizza and has great customer service skills.

Called an hour ahead for carryout and was given a pickup time. When I arrived, the order hadn’t been made—they forgot it. I drove out of my way for this location and left without the meal I planned on. Disappointing experience.

I have ordered many many pizzas from this location over the last 5 years. But when I called to order today, they questioned the coupon I had in my hand and wouldn’t honor it, even though it was good for a couple months. I felt that they treated me like a thief !! I ordered from a different pizza shop, with no problem using their coupon !!! I’m not sure I will go to that Jets ever again for making me feel bad!!!

PHIL HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Our company ordered pizzas that were delivered. When I opened the boxes 3 out of the 6 pizzas we bought were all bunched up in the front of the box. I had to straighten them out leaving part of the pizza with just dough. It was like the driver made a QUICK BREAK, and all the pizza scrunched up in the front of the box. We also did not receive salad dressings that were put on the order in the instructions part.
So I called to let them know (I don’t think it was a Jets driver, possibly a doordasher). I spoke to Phil who offered to bring us more pizzas, and I said that was ok don’t worry about it. We hung up. Phil CALLED ME BACK! Said he would like to make us more pizzas and have them sent out right away.
Now mind you, this is lunchtime in a REALLY busy area, so I know Phil was slammed with orders. They got here with the new pizzas super quick and un-mushed!
I just have to thank Phil for giving out such great customer service! You sure know how to make a customer happy!
