I came thru the drive thru and ordered two five dollar meals, and paid the extra upcharge for sweet tea and the extra up charge to have them Large, when I asked the lady to replace them with the correct size she has an attitude, she then gave me the right size I paid for but when I tried it , it tasted like straight water, so I came back around thru the line to have them replaced and when I asked her if I could have them sweetened she got upset and told me that I ordered unsweetened, I said to the lady “no I didn’t I have my receipt” she proceeded to snatch the large sweet teas out of my hand and then poured them back into the container and said “whatever “ to me. I want McDonald’s on Millertown pike to know that yall lucky I’ve changed because I almost drug yall employee through the window. Learn some better customer service cus some people will really go off about their food.

What is the point of having curbside pick up? I’ve had four instances now of placing a order for curbside for this specific McDonald’s and those four times I have had to come in and get my order because they have it packed with Uber eats and DoorDash orders. Having to come and pick it up if he’s the whole purpose of having curbside, does it not? I’ve never had this problem with the locations at Merchant, Western Avenue, North Broadway and Clinton Highway.

Terrible customer service. Ever single time I go to this location they mess my order up. This time is the last time I will be going sadly. I ordered 2 regular hamburgers no onions, I received 2 regular hamburgers no pickles. Maybe it’s just me but a toddler can tell the difference in a pickle and an onion h. I’m bet John and Sandra Farris are really proud of such an intelligent team. What happened did Willie retire? There’s no way he would have let a team of this intelligence run one of their stores. This place is a sorry excuse for a mc Donald’s.

Came to order in the drive thru. I pulled up my app to use an offer, redeemed the offer and then gave the employee the code over the speaker. In the 30 seconds I waited, she then said it had already been redeemed and I couldn’t use my offer. She said “Ma’am this happens to alot of people in the drive thru”. If its a reoccurring issue, sounds like it needs to be solved.

At this McDonalds I was charged for 1 pack of sauce to go with my chicken I ordered. That is crazy no sign up or anything about people having to pay extra for their dipping sauces . Not only that their customer service is awful. I was treated bad by the workers in the front. This place needs better management and learn how to treat people.

Ordered at the kiosk it was busy. Ordered a coke and 2 sandwiches and shaker fries. The older lady working front counter was rude, yelling at everyone, and she slammed 2 chairs down right beside us while we were sitting at our table waiting. When we got our order we didn’t receive a bag for the “shaker” fries. My husband went to get one and she got an attitude with him for asking for a bag. There were other customers in the lobby complaining about her as well. Then we realized she made a diet coke instead and didn’t want to deal with her again to recieve the correct drink. Pretty crappy service from her, everything else was fine everyone else was friendly except her. I don’t know her name but she had long black hair.

This is easily the second worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, and is unfortunately the closest one to my house. I go here quarterly te a bit, because it’s McDonald’s. At best it’s gonna get maybe 3 stars. That said, there have been times I’ve waited more than an hour in the drive thru, and I’d say that they mess up orders around 80% of the time. If there were another Mickey d’s in a reasonable area, I’d avoid this place like the plague.

What happened to the fries!?!? I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in years but after a trip to Dollywood it seemed like a nice late night treat to get some fries for the kids. But wow since when did corporate decide charging $5 for a small box of saltless Styrofoam sticks was the way to go?
