This barbecue place is well named. I’ve been coming here for years and always have a positive experience. The service is excellent. The manager and workers are cheerful and friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make the patron’s meal just they way the customer wants. Definitely recommend.

Great BBQ, excellent sides. Fairly consistent with the meat, but you can always sample to see if a particular meat is more tender that day. Love eating upstairs. The cornbread is heavenly.

Food was SO good. The ribs+the house sauce was the perfect combo, and the ribs were so so tender. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fried funeral potatoes. They were delicious and I don’t really want to eat them any other way now! Every employee was so friendly and helpful, and the old school vibe was very homey and fun. Lots of sauce options, which I loved. Will definitely be back!!

This feels like a good ol fashioned food place! The food was TASTY! We tried chicken, turkey, brisket, and all were delicious and MOIST! 😛
There is an upstairs with a sauce fridge, and drinks, best of all a stage with LIVE MUSIC on Saturday! The Amigos played for us and they were great! This is an awesome place and we will be back!

Enjoyable but not incredible. Definitely try it out for yourself. The Cajun sausage was good and the turkey as well. The potato salad was a bit eggy but I liked that.

Super good BBQ place in the Orem area! The sandwich was really tasty. I recommend going early for lunch since the line during then can be long and take time. But the food was really good.

The soda fountain was good, they also have many sauce options. Unfortunately the meat was cold by the time we walked over to our table. The sides were good but small. Pictured is the Student plate, their header option. Everything is $12+. Definitely a popular spot for guys night.

Amazing experience!! Me and my husband walked in 30 minutes before closing and were a little afraid we would be annoying them. But they were so nice!! Chatting while we tried to decide what to get, giving advice on what to order and just very enjoyable to talk to which isn’t always a thing at restaurants. They all seemed like they wanted to be there! Once we got our food it just completed the experience! It was all great! We got a little bit of (almost) everything cause there’s lots on the menu. We tried the brisket and ribs, cornbread, garlic bread, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, and funeral potatoes. We loved everything!! We can’t wait to return again and bring friends and family:)

Went here a couple of weeks ago on a quiet Thursday night. One of our sons said it was better than BamBams, which intrigued me. My husband and I shared a three meat, two sides combo. Order an extra cornbread if sharing, oh, and with honey butter, chef’s kiss! It’s heavenly! The smoked chicken was some of the best I’ve had. The brisket was good. Can’t say about the spicy sausage but my Cajun country husband throughly enjoyed it. The house variety of bbq sauces was extensive, and all were yummy. They have a stage upstairs where on Friday and Saturday nights there is live music upon occasion. We will be back.

We would definitely go back. The baked beans were amazing, cornbread and whipped honey cinnamon butter were delicious. Wasn’t a fan of the corn chowder though, texture and flavor-wise (something about the cream). Cajun sausage was delicious! especially with the hot barbecue sauce. Brisket salad was also very fresh and tasty. Definitely would go back and we do recommend. They have live music upstairs sometimes too but we missed that.
