As a frequent visitor to this location I eat here up to eight times a week because it is the closest and cheapest food option Unfortunately there is always an issue with my order Today I waited over 30 minutes for a five dollar meal deal and was told multiple times that I was next while watching other customers order after me and receive their food first This is not a one time issue and has happened repeatedly Not once have I ever felt welcome at this McDonalds The location is surrounded by homeless individuals the bathrooms are locked and the employees appear overwhelmed and poorly supported The overall atmosphere is uncomfortable and uninviting I would strongly recommend going anywhere but this McDonalds. I came through the drive-thru, and the Lady takes the order for the car in the inside drive through, and then ask me what I would like, and then cuts me off while I’m trying to order and says to give them a minute. And then they totally start taking the order for the car after the car on the inside lane instead of coming back to me, and I’m asking them what’s going on, and instead of answering me they get a little hateful and I tell them you know what that’s not right The order that you’re taking orders in and I pulled off. How rude!

I went specifically for a sugar free vanilla latte. I ordered at the kiosk and my order was prepared quickly. The latte was great. I originally walked to the Starbucks down the street, only to find that the lobby was closed. This was a great option as a backup and was as tasty as Starbucks in my opinion.

Please note. This is NOT a 24 hours location. If you work late nights like I do, they close from 3:30am-4:15am to “reboot the computer system for the day”. The app will continue to take your order and they simply just wont make it. Same with the Chapman highway location

This is 24hr location is the University of Tennessee campus McDonald’s. It’s always very busy & there’s lots of students, of course. I’m sure it can be difficult dealing with hundreds of impatient, wait for class, and hungry students during the day and drunk ones at night. I get it because I deal with them doing Uber and it’s trying at times. However, there is absolutely zero reason to walk in and have five people from the kitchen will look at you, yet not greet you, then proceed to ignore you until you speak up. I do Uber driving part-time & have visited this location hundreds of times. More so than not, I try to avoid it, but every now and then, one will come through that makes it worth it. Every single time I’ve walked in I’ve waited excessively & when I finally do see a little bit of service, I receive nothing but straight disrespectful attitude while trying to remain very polite. So this is supposed to be a 24hr location, but they keep a totally different schedule. You will not find the correct opening and closing times on google or their website because it’s different every day. They choose whatever time they decide that day when to start or be done. It beats all I’ve ever seen.. I absolutely loath going to this McDonald’s. Something needs to be done because it’s a nightmare and if I could give the service a zero, I would. However, the food is usually fresh and hot. Other than that, there’s not one good thing about this location.

Man the atmosphere in there is absolutely insane and not in a good way! I walk in for a pick up order and i literally spend 5+ minutes standing at the front with only a dasher waiting on their order to the side of me and not a single employee said anything to me after they saw me patiently waiting. They all looked absolutely miserable and cared nothing at all about customer service. Not even a smile or I’ll be right with you, nothing! When the guy handed the dasher her order I asked how much longer on mine and he said with a miserable tone “we haven’t even started it yet” Another employee walked in and asked if I had been helped and I said no one has said anything to me I had to ask about my order myself and it’s not even been started yet he nodded his head and said alright and walked away. No one said anything else to me the rest of the time I waited, including when the guy gave me my food. It honestly doesn’t take much to be a nice person to people! You could just tell not a single person cared!!

The food is good but the employees actually LIE to you. They told me my breakfast was unable to be prepared because it was no longer breakfast time (even though I placed the order during breakfast). I walk over to the counter and my order is sitting right there (hidden from plain view) finished.

Tiana and Barbara the Manager are absolutely amazing they both went above and beyond with customer service and are model employees the others should follow. They should definitely be rewarded for their great customer service and efforts for the customers and the McDonald’s company.
