My second visit to a Culver’s. I got a double mushroom Swiss burger this time, instead of just a double cheeseburger. I also got a side of onion rings with ranch dressing.
The onion rings were absolutely nothing special, if not a bit under par. The burger was very good, but not as good as I remember that first burger being down in Austin 20 months ago. Still a very good burger though.
Service was good. Nothing special. I think it’s cool that you can just sit down at a table and scan a QR code to order for table service. Very cool concept.

Went through the drive Thru for a simple order of 2 medium Malts, no food just malts.
We waited in the the parking lot with Number 176 for over 20 MINUTES! we first flagged down one of their runners and asked him if he could check on our order and he had no idea what a malt was.
While waiting we had car after car pull up, get their orders and move on. On car had a large order a it looked like they messed it up and the driver had to go inside to fix it.
We ended up having to go in and asked for a manager… her attitude was that we were a bother over 2 malts and one of the staff in the back asked “what’s a malt?”. They claimed that it just went out the door as we walked in but the runner was just coming out from the back with our order. Their staffing was plenty, but it seemed like they were more interested in social time than work.
All we asked for was we ordered and paid for, we never received any apology, refund or any thing for our inconvenience.
I am ashamed that they use the WISCONSIN wholesome friendly marketing and yet get treated this way. We grew up with Culvers and this was the worst service we have ever received.
Right now I am reconsidering driving the 15 miles again for what was a family favorite

No complaints with food or most the staff in fact service was quick and nothing was wrong . There was one staff member who I assumed was a manager because she was verbally belittling other workers . You could tell by the awkward tense and very unusual energy for this building . This Culver’s usually I have zero problems with and even like sitting down but eating with my family and hearing her yell at the crew especially one majorly formed by high schoolers for their first jobs it was extremely unprofessional . I felt bad for the kids who are usually on their best behavior and have wonderful service . I always feel welcome but I truly hope this manager learns patience.

This was my first time eating at a Culver’s. The food was much better than I anticipated. The flavor of the burger was excellent. The cheese curds were good. The cheese sauce that comes with the pretzel bites was great.
There was only one real negative to the whole experience. My daughter ordered a cheese burger with american cheese. Her burger came out with no cheese. Thankfully, we were eating there. She went up to the counter and they gave her cheese for the burger.

Decent burger better than most fast food places and the custard was a little melted, sweeter than I expected as a first time experience. Service was awesome and people were friendly and attentive to cleaning needs. Would go back and give a second go

Wish I had of gotten the gentleman taking our orders name! He was so courteous and polite! After coming here following a bad experience and ignored at another restaurant for 25 minutes… the polite and quick service feeding a family of 3 dinner and dessert, you couldn’t beat the kind service and quick time to get the food made fresh and brought to the car was very welcoming! Thank you for your service and quality food!

Delicious double bacon Culver’s cheeseburger, tasty onion rings, and really good sweet tea. I enjoyed dining at this restaurant so much that I enjoyed their root beer float for dessert. It kinda reminds me of being at a Chick-fil-A restaurant the way they serve you. The people were pleasant and friendly at Culver’s.

This rating is purely directed at the change in the hamburger buns. I used to enjoy your burgers very much, better than most fast food restaurants. The new bun is dry and falls apart, not sure why the change… Bad call in my opinion.

Great place, unfortunately they do get pretty slammed a lot and usually there’s a wait. This is one of my regular spots and will continue returning. Usually everything is on point and they get any issues resolved promptly. This, of course, is after they take care of the 10 cars ahead of you though lmao, make sure you got some time to kill if you’re going through the drive thru. Over all great spot though! Thanks for all the awesome meals and the cheese curds, and one more time for the cheese curds, if you haven’t had them then mistakes were made lmao
