I used the app to get a seven dollar combo but learn that I could only get the base version of the sandwich instead of the deluxe. So you save $.29 total on the base version. Of course once you’ve used a deal at McDonald’s you have to wait 15 minutes to choose a different one and not use that one, which was not an option for me this particular evening so I just paid to add the lettuce and tomato back to the sandwich and with the use of the app I actually paid one penny more than the regular combination price. But with all that we also ended up getting a wrong milkshake as well so the whole experience was frustrating. no fault to the person working, who did correctly explain and verify what was ringing up. I could only get the base sandwich, but it would be great if the app clarified that where it was easy to find.

Came in for a late night craving. Took less than 5 mins to get our hot and fresh food, as well as ice cream! To our suprise it appeared to only be one person working!! Props to the manager with dark hair and a goatee. Super friendly even though i’m sure i would be stressed being the only worker with a line of people! Great service, good job man!

Had a mobile order for two large drinks and that’s it. got to the drive-through, they said it’ll be one moment. We sat waiting for 20 minutes, and were still waiting when someone else pulled up to the other speaker and got their order taken immediately. We waited another five minutes and was still not spoken to absolutely terrible service, I will never return to this McDonald’s. Also, don’t even try to get a refund, when you do them on mobile orders it takes weeks. I’ve been waiting for one for a month.

I ordered in the app and my husband went to pick up the order due to me having a migraine. We live 4 minutes from here. He came back with fries that tasted like they were made 2 days ago. Soggy, ice cold, and not even fry texture anymore. I actually gagged after eating one they were so stale. Why is is so hard to serve hot fries? They weren’t busy so they could drop to order or at least small amounts so people get edible food. I called to let them know the fries were inedible and as soon as I said can I please speak to a manager the guy on the phone just kept saying oak ridge McDonald’s over and over acting like he couldn’t hear me and hung up on me 3 times. I then had my husband call from his phone and they wouldn’t answer the phone. The clown mascot is fitting because this location is a joke.
Update: my husband took the fries back and the female manager was not at all helpful and rushed him out with another order of cold fries.

I be careful using your McDonald’s app here because they be ripping you guys. What should have been a free happy meal wasn’t they still charging me because of a soda as they said i should have picked up a juice or milk when i just went to another McDonalds and it was free with a lager cup of soda no extra charges so if you want to use your free stuff here don’t bother.

Everytime I go through or my old man we never get our whole order then u call and complain that want to have attitude if I order food I expect it to get fill I shouldn’t half to make two trips then they don’t want to replace to the whole order, if I rode I expect my order. As soon as I walked in the door I noticed that all of the tables were dirty and trash all over the floor and garbage cans full. My fries were not all the way cooked. They were out of ketchup in the lobby, and the crew behind the counter was very unprofessional with their conversations. One crew member greeted a male customer with “sup boss” as a greeting. There was a female employee walking around in a white undershirt with her work shirt slung over her shoulder. The drive through was busy but there was only one other family dining inside. Nobody seemed to care the condition of the restaurant or the quality of service that was being provided.

For a store that is supposed to be open 24 hours on Sunday morning, this is the third time that I have come through and they won’t serve customers anything. I have tried at 3:25am, 3:35am: and 3:15am. And each time they have some excuse from a system update to they are changing over to breakfast and won’t even serve that until 4:15am. But even that is suspect because I have come through at 4:30am and they were not ready. I have worked restaurants that have change overs and you can most definitely serve both. The sad thing is that the number of cars being turned away ranges between 5 and 10 because there is always a line. It’s ridiculous. If you are not gonna be 24 hours then don’t say you are, or train your people how to do it. But to be honest I think they are just using excuses.

Says 24 hours but if you come at an odd time of day you’re more likely to get the employees standing outside talking over actually doing any work. Everytime I’ve shown up after 12 with my boyfriend we’ve gotten horrible service, so I figured Id do the employees a favour and let everyone know this place is BARELY 24 hours in practice and it’s not worth coming here, which really sucks for people who are night owls since there’s not many good late night options in oak ridge
One time when we came here, we put in a mobile order and showed up to the restaurant only five minutes after putting it in. We waited at the blacked out screens for 45 minutes before deciding to just cancel the order and just leave, only to find tbe employees were standing outside talking and smoking cigarettes the whole time
We tried giving this place another chance, we showed up earlier than last time at about 1 am, food wasn’t remotely fresh and we didn’t even get everything. We ordered the big Mac pack which comes with two burgers, two fries, a 20 piece chicken nugget and we also got two drinks to go with it. All we got were our drinks, one burger, the nuggets and one thing of fries. The burger? Cold. The fries were practically RAW they felt so hard to chew, and we didnt even get the other burger or thing of fries. We go back through the drive thru because they had the lobby closed, it takes us 20 minutes to finally get to speak to someone and we explain that our food was cold and we didn’t get all of it anyways. They tried to CHARGE US for the food they never gave us in the first place, which they tried ro get away with because we put in a mobile order and they didnt give us our receipt for it
This location should have never switched to 24 hours because the workers clearly cant handle it and some of them are showing up in their pajamas as well, and it sucks to waste your money not knowing you arent going to get what you paid for, so I don’t plan on coming to this spot anymore and I dont think others should either ESPECIALLY at night time
The food only gets a 3 stars because the Mcflurry makes me feel like I’m ascending to a higher state of being and other items are okay when they’re fresh and not RAW
