I order twice through the app, first time they messed up my drink. I was fine with it because it was a busy day. This time I didn’t even got my food just oatmeal and my drink. I order the oatmeal and drink but also a sausage McGriddle and two syrup cups. This use to be my favorite McDonalds in Blount County.

We had worst mobile order experience last night. I received a spicy McChicken instead of regular (child couldn’t eat it). One medium fry and one large when we ordered two large fries. Out of apple pies. And forgot my sauces that I paid 2 extra dollars for. My sweet tea had like 2 ice cubes in it, and there was no monopoly pieces on items that were supposed to have them. This has always been the worst location and it’s shocking they haven’t improved over the years. My husband was the one who picked up the order, and said the girl who waited on him appeared to be under the influence. He had to go back thru the line for our sauces and because they forgot to put our replacement cookies in the bag. Didn’t notice the fry or McChicken issue until after he got home though. Super disappointing. By the time he got home everything was cold.

McDonald’s steak egg and cheese bagels are my favorite breakfast sandwich of all time they are incredibly delicious pack of pepper a little bit of salt and one package of mayonnaise amazing along with a Starbucks vanilla sweet cream cold brew perfect breakfast

Big mac no pickles. Has extra pickles. A basket of fries with extra salt (Ive worked at McDonalds I know your ment to make fries like that fresh) hard with no salt. The inside also looks like it needs a deep clean in the lobby. BADLY

I ordered 1 holiday pie, it was cold and uncooked, I ate 3 bites before I realized that it was raw I thought it may have just been sitting and got cold. That was not the case it wasn’t heated my stomach hurt so bad because of the 3 bites I did eat.

I had a mobile order with a drive-thru that ended up not showing on the system. They told me to go inside to see if they can fix it. When I showed them my phone, they immediately went and looked for it and when they couldn’t find it they just remade it for me. No questions asked. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Stopped by on our way home, it was 10 minutes till lunch, one guy in the drive through said it would be a few minutes that they would have to cook out food , then someone else came over the speaker and rudely said it’s not 10:30. I was prepared to wait but since it’s that big of a hassle we left.

Waited 45 minutes to pick up a mobile order through drive thru with zero movement. Finally cancelled and went across the street to Burger King. This place is a joke and the only McDonald’s in the area that’s struggled to complete the simplest of tasks the last 2 years. AVOID. AVOID. Go down the road to another one or pick one of their 6 competitors in the area.

This location messes up consistently. If it’s not them giving you the wrong size fries, to not giving us our kids milks (we have to ask at the window every time) to now tonight. Two double quarter pounder meals. Both meals have only a quarter pounder and both are in a double quarter pounder box. So ripped off a half pound of meat total. Go to Wendy’s, Cookout, or BK. This place misses the mark at all times.

Absolute worst McDonald’s for lobby service. If you want to go in and have your order taken and eat in the lobby guess again. You will be told to use the kiosk and they “may” get to your order in 30mins or so. I didn’t think fast food could get any worse but this store is horrible.
