McDonald’s

Went into the dining room to order a tea. No employees were at the register. A manager was in back and seen me waiting to order but never sent an employee to take my order. Then an employee clocked in and another walked right past me. I swear whatever McDonald’s I try to go too, there’s always an issue. Wish I could give negative stars……..

I haven’t really had a good experience here since it opened. I keep going back because it’s a lot closer to my house than the one in Jacksboro… but after tonight, ordering a Big Mac and getting a 10 piece McNuggets instead, I figure it’ll take as long to drive to the other one as it does to make two trips to this one to get something fixed.

Wish it were better, it’s super useful having one so close to home. Just not worth the hassle anymore, though.

We went last night/ this morning at 12:34am
We ordered:
1 McDouble, 20 Nuggets, 2 Large Fries, and 2 Large drinks.
There were 4 young men working, that I could see. And I must say, THEY ROCKED! Everything was made just as it’s supposed to be, all was freshly made, we had to wait on the fries and nuggets to cool a little. So, to the guys working the night shift.. Kudos to you, great job. ❤️

They recently just opened this location, and I’ve been there a handful of times. My soda is always flat and my fries were half full. The service was great though. I didn’t wait long, and the employees were super friendly.

Edit: I gave them another chance this morning at least this morning my Dr pepper was correct however there’s egg on my plain biscuit and it’s not what I asked for it’s not even a whole egg it’s just a chunk of egg which leads me to question what was actually on my biscuit in the first plan… for a new store you would think it would actually benefit the people who live in the city you took away the ability to refill your drinks there’s also no way in heck I paid for a Dr pepper and just got a Coke and then they didn’t even fill it all the way full in addition to that with Monopoly in my my Dr pepper at a large should have a monopoly piece on it and it doesn’t this is not the best way to start breakfast I will continue to go to the competition in addition to that when you have people standing guard at the front counter it makes the place that’s already small fill unwelcoming and uninviting. I’m officially going back to the competition since this was the second chance there will be no third chance.

Not impressed what so ever with this place. My tea was not sweet at all. Paid for 3 dipping sauces on door dash and how many did I get? NOT A SINGLE ONE. Fries turned up side down cold and half filled in the bag. No straws. What the heck is this. Won’t be door dashing from Lafollette location anymore.
