What happen with you??? Honestly I I was one of my first options to have a fast food breakfast because the sandwiches were good.. today it was a total dissatisfaction. The croissant was not good at all, not flaky, it hot, not buttery.. the egg seemed like plastic, cold and hard. The cheese was cold. It was awful. I think that not because you are a fast food chain you can give the customer trash food!

My least favorite thing about this BK is that there are only 2 staff members on most of the time so the guy up front has to run around and scoop fries and help out in the back while trying to take orders. So yes, the line moves agonizingly slowly. But da borgers hit diff after not being allowed to have fast food in 2-4 months.

I ordered a regular chicken sandwich at 735pm and they gave me an old different chicken sandwich on the regular bread. When I went in for them to correct it at 740pm they told me they could refund me bc they’re closed. Their hours of operation says they stay open till 8pm. How can a restaurant close before it’s closing time? I plan on calling corporate to file a complaint.

Understaffed. The only two people working are Definitely not getting paid enough. Even on a rush hour the service can be quick with a long wait. Sometimes fries are too salty. Food is good
