Seriously, no napkins in sight. Napkins must be expensive for this particular franchisee as they have none available in the dining room so you have get in line while your children have sauce all over their face and wait for an employee to get you 2 or 3 napkins.. when you get back to the kids, the sauce is all over their clothes. But at least this franchisee is saving lots and lots of money by not having napkins readily available like most other McD’s. Good grief.

I would give zero stars. Went through drive thru twice with wrong order. Called and mgr took my name and said they would replace my entire order. Next day tried for the replacement. At first said no even though my name was down. Couldn’t find the receipt so they wanted the food back. Omg health violation. I handed the food thru the window and they had me pull up. I was expecting the entire order replaced as promised. Received only 2. So I said ok I’ll pay again for the rest. She said wait a minute. After 10 m waiting I just drove off and went to burger king

My girlfriend and I are a regular customers we come here just about every day. This morning we came anyways we got three bacon biscuits and each biscuit had one piece of bacon on them I just thought that was unusual I’ve never seen a bacon biscuit with that little bacon on it. Just thought I’d let you know this should be at least three or four my goodness y’all make plenty of money I mean I think you can afford that. Thanks hope this makes a change Daryl Larkins.

4th time the store has cancelled an order without giving reason. I work late nights and am glad there is convenience in ordering woth doordash, but this store continues to fail in delivering quality service and providing transparency as to why. Do not recommend to-go service past normal hours. Its poor.

Went through the drive thru…where 4 (including a Manger) We’re standing around the window talking about another employee & using foul language. I was told to pull forward for my food. I waited 12 minutes on my food…when I got the food it qas Luke warm, even though I was told they were making everything fresh. I will not go back to this McDonald’s!

Not only is my food generally always wrong, but today had the older lady be rude. We asked simply for our sauces, to which we are told they were in the bag(we hadn’t asked for any sauces yet). As we explain this she repeats again sauces are in the bag before closing the window rudely. Zero sauces were in the bag. Not a single packet of ketchup like she claimed there was. Don’t like your job? Then leave, don’t take it out on your customers.
