My daughter got an Egg McMuffin at this McDonalds drive-thru location, and it had half the eggshell in it. She almost chocked on the eggshell and was nauseated. It was pathic that the food preparer sent this out with the eggshell in it. I went back inside and the manager gave a refund. I called the phone number on the How was your visit sticker on the entrance door, the lady that answered acted as if she was drunk or high, she only said that they would be more careful when preparing the food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION!

Hit the drive thru at dinner time, dying for a McChicken. I got the freshest and hottest McChicken and fries they had paired with a crispy coke. No joke, looked like the menu picture. Mostly wanted to leave a review to say the staff working 2/10 was very friendly and funny too 🙂 nice work guys!

The people here are nice, though almost everytime I’ve been here I’ve been put at the third window and forgotten about. I ordered 2 drinks and was put at the window for about 40 minutes. I was also given the wrong drink and had to get that fixed. As long as they don’t put you at the window of the forgotten you will have a splendid visit.

No problems here with anyone. Quick in and out normally. If there are problems they are fixed quickly. The workers are nice and helpful. I have to use this one to wait for the bus to get back home and such. Never any issue with me sitting in there. It’s clean and well maintained and managed. The amount of questionable people is more of an issue personally to me. I tend to be made talk to them even with headphones in and many use the bathrooms for questionable reasons. But the place is safe and well lit.

Very sterile surroundings since they remodeled. Not homey or welcoming at all. There is also a sign that you can’t sit at a table for longer than 30 minutes. The menu board switches as you are trying to read it making it hard to know what your choices are. It took several minutes to get our order, much longer than would be expected for fast food. It seemed they were taking care of drive in orders before indoor customers. It also took a long time to get someone’s attention to get a drink refill. The price for two people was also pretty outrageous in comparison to the quality of food you get in a restaurant with table service.

Other people were skipping my car in the drive thru because they felt the need to hurry up and be rude. (This was before Christmas 2025). When I finally got to the window, the person working the drive thru window said she cancelled my order because I never made it to the window to pick it up. Really? Not only that, the fried were so salty that they were briney. Horrible! I ordered a diet Coke and got home with a Dr Pepper. Never again, Stone Drive McDonald’s. Y’all suck.

Its McDonalds so we shouldnt expect much. However I want to know why they charge more than twice as much for a cup of icecream as they do for a cone? You get less with the cup than you do the cone but they charge way more. Id add a photo but it doesnt give me the option.

Not sure why I keep coming back here. Last time I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers (I love their cheese btw) I received McDoubles. This time, I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, one was correct and one had zero cheese on it. This McDonald’s on East Stone Drive is a joke. Next time I visit, I will leave another appropriate review because I know it will be wrong again. As always. Oh and one of the drinks were incorrect as well but fixed that while we were there.

if i could give 0 stars i would. they would not serve anyone. just let people sit at the speaker waiting for hours. when we spoke up we were told “we will be with you in a minute” and then waiting 15 more minutes and still no one came.

Only complaint is the app. Promises monopoly pieces for all food ordered that I got and I didn’t get digital or actual wrap pieces. Food is good, service is good. Can’t blame the store for the app being trash.
