Waited in line which was backed up, no big deal. Ordered a double cheeseburger, large fries, and quarter pounder. Got home, fries were soggy and cold (4.5minute drive home), they gave me a regular cheeseburger instead of a double, like the receipt says. Really?

I ordered a a double cheeseburger meal with fries and a vanilla shake. I ordered the burgers with extra pickles and extra onions I got a single pickle on each burger and no diced onions. The French fries I got were cold and hard like they had been sitting there for a while the only thing that was good from my order was my milkshake. The service was really slow it took them 10 minutes to make my shake and another 10 minutes to hand me my bag of food that had been sitting there at the window the whole time.

Order not received and customer service won’t refund – I placed a mobile order for pickup on Dec 3rd for two pies and a sundae. I waited in the designated spot while the app continued to push out the estimated delivery time. After 30 minutes of waiting I tried to enter the restaurant but the lobby was closed. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I gave up and left. I have submitted multiple requests for a refund through the McDonald’s customer service and keep being told that “we would like to give our restaurant leaders another opportunity to address your concerns” – I’ve received this response 3 times and still haven’t received a refund.

Edit: The link you’ve posted below is the same one I’ve used to submit multiple requests. The latest was this week, and the response I got was “We will immediately re-contract the restaurant leaders of the location you visited and request that the follow-up with you as soon as possible.”

I’ve dined in and used drivethrough here. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food quality was above par. This morning, I pulled in at 645, entered the drivethrough and was leaving at 647. That was amazing!

I have been stopping here at McDonald’s mom gray almost every morning mon-Friday for 7 1/2 years these past few weeks has been awful. At least one day out of each week I’ve gotten the wrong order! I don’t know what is going on two weeks ago two days in a row. I got the wrong order the first day. I just went ahead and ate the food. They gave me as I figured. Just a honest mistake. Then the next morning I got someone else’s complete order other than the drink. I got the drink I ordered which maybe they had ordered the same McDonald’s and Gray used to be amazing. I don’t know who the two women were that used to work of a morning. One still does work there of a morning. I think she’s the manager now, but her and the other lady were amazing. They always got you through the learn really fast. Your food was always correct and for the regulars they even remembered what condiments and everything that you got without having to even ask the one lady I haven’t seen her in a while and the other one like I said I think is the manager now because I still see her car there but if she’s not working the window, the service is awful. I don’t know who these people are that they have brought in that absolutely does not know how to read the tickets to give you your correct order and they are rude!!! especially if you have to call back and tell them that your order was not correct they act like you’re lying. I have no reason to lie because I spend a lot of money with them each week! And I get the same thing every morning egg McMuffin meal with a sweet tea with extra ice! all I know is corporate needs to come in and train their employees or at least find out what the issue is and fix it because of the time I come through every morning, they don’t have but maybe two or three colors so it’s not like they’re slammed some days there is no one in the drive thru but me! Smh do better McDonald’s

Just wanted to share that basically every time I order through DoorDash or order through the McDonald’s app for a delivery, they always say that they never have the order through the screen and we all know they just don’t wanna make the food. I’ve had this issue countless times and I’m actually saying this right now at 5:13 AM Because I had ordered breakfast And waited an hour and a half, and my food has not shown and I contacted McDonald’s and they had said that apparently their system was down and that they couldn’t give my delivery driver, my food, even though it was already paid for, and I sent proof too. I just wanna say that I’ve worked at three fast food places, pals, and then Panera and now Domino’s even when a customer is in the wrong. I still please them when a customer is right and they’re upset I please them still. When someone shows me that they have paid for something I give it to them because it’s proof. The management here sucks other than a few, and there’s really only like four or five workers there that are only good at their job.

0 stars!!!!!!! Can’t even make a damn McFlurry. I paid for EXTRA OREOS!!!!! Got a cup of ice cream not even enough Oreos for a regular McFlurry. Icing on the cake went back through and the same thing happened again. You know it’s not a big deal until I pay for extra Oreos and don’t get it. Those things like like 5$ plus .50cents extra for the Oreos!!!!! Never again!!!!!

Tried to stop and get breakfast, online it says drive thru is open at 4 AM. We got there at 4:57 and the lady rudely told us they weren’t open. When we tried to ask when they did open she ignored us completely. Im disappointed. Change your hours instead of lying.
