Service was atrocious. The 2 girls at the drive thru, no smiles not even any words, just a stare and handed me my food. If you don’t want to work there get a new job. Also what’s the point of using the mcdonalds app when they want to charge me at the window for sauces that the app didnt charge me. Fries were fresh, thats the only positive in this experience.

The service has been terrible since the new manager took over. They treat customers very badly, and a man who speaks Spanish is also always rude. They should consider changing staff because even the place is very dirty, and they set the air conditioning to freezing cold so people won’t eat there. Very bad.

McDonald’s count your days. This is NOT considered a full chicken nugget! And these fries is old and dusty crusty .. and I got there at 11:15am. Then should have been fresh. Definitely look and tasted like they were from the day before.

Just left the place and I hate I even went. EVERYTHING was cold, the fries tasted old and now they have the nerve to charge for sauce. The lady in the drive thru was not better. She’s trying to take my order on the wrong intercom and was not interested in taking my method of payment because she was too busy on her phone. I wish I could give it negative stars.

This place used to be legit. I would say after Covid, Everything went downhill. Chicken nuggets, cold or reheated. Same thing with the fries. The buns on the Big Macs are either toasted way Too much that they get stiff. Or they are just stale and reheated. I Ordered off the app today. And apparently the manager gave my order to someone that didn’t even verify that They were a delivery driver. Smh.
Judging by these Recent reviews, this one is a place to avoid.

I had a code for a free Quarter Pounder the lady took the code and acknowledged that order was placed, I then placed a second order with a different code for a discount on a frappe she then acknowledged that order was also placed. I went to the next window and she charged me full price for the qtr pounder and when I said we she said the code didn’t work, so pretty much instead of telling me that so we can try it again she just charged me without permission, I then ask for a refund, since I still have the code so I can use it and they told me no, and I ended up having to pay for both the item.
I hated the service here and the way I was treated, as if I am not also a valuable customer who was going to pay money anyway. But now I am not coming back I do NOT recommend you eat here.

I order with the app and sometimes they have glitch not recognizing the code. It tends to get busy as location and often they get your order mixed up or wrong.
Overall, drive in staff always friendly and prompt to give me extra condiments.

Pretty sure they served me nuggets that were dropped in dishwater. Not only were they soggy, but they were also cold, and by the end my jaw hurt from chewing them. I dont understand why this place is so terrible considering the area.

This is another reason why they have that low rate review in google, they don’t care about customer. I ordered #1 Egg McMuffin meal w the Canadian bacon, put regular bacon, when I told them they just drop the Canadian bacon ( look like a ham) on it on the same sandwich. I was so disappointed when I got at work and open it. The person in the widow w black polo shirt look like some kind manager was super rude when I claimed also. I must say this is the best McDonald’s in Central Florida! Every time I stop here I always get amazing service! I stopped here on Saturday 4/10/2021 and placed a couple orders and Sharae helped me at the front counter! She was Patient! Knowledgeable! & Dedicated! I will return in the near future & I hope Sharae is the manager by then! This young lady is AWESOME! Sharae knows what customer service is! I rate 5 stars!
