This location is incapable of producing correct orders. Specifically the late night staff. I’ve not received a correct order in about a year. Yes, I’m an idiot and I keep trying. Most recently I ordered a Big Mac with extra cheese.
I received a Big Mac with extra cheese but no burger meat. ZERO burger patties. How’s that even happen? How do you make a burger and forget the burger part of the burger? Are we high? Or blind? Or a blind high person?
Can corporate send someone with flash cards to train the staff on what a burger looks like? Make sure to bring the cards with a photo of the meat.

I always go to this location because it’s the closest one to my house, I had never had any issues with it until today, and used to be a black dude on the night shift which is so nice 10/10! I just got a home with a NASTY sandwich if I can call it like that, the bread and the chicken were hard as a rock. You can see lettuce and tomatoes from the picture, but it looks like it’s been out there for the whole freaking day waiting to be sold. Honestly the worst experience ever with food. NASTY! Please check your food before you leave! I don’t even know how can you actually sell something like that. It’s simply immoral!

They have this poor older man working night shift all by himself. Taking orders and cooking all the food by himself. I don’t even blame him for us not getting our food for 30+ minutes I’m blaming the company because how are you going to have one older gentleman doing everything by himself when y’all are most busy, at night. I am looking for how to contact the owner. My wife and my 3 small children 4,2, and 6 month old baby girl. We were on our way to the park to look at the Christmas trees and decided to stop at our McDonald’s by the ETSU in Johnson City, Tennessee. We went to the second drive-through window. We waited about 15 minutes. No one ever said anything to us five or six cars went through the other drive-through. I asked if the speaker worked there was no response so I then decided to pull up to the window where you pay. Instead of being greeted and helped, I was ignored and the lady in there kept looking at her monitor, made it very uncomfortable mind you my daughter was crying as kids like to be moving in a car. So for the first time, I’ve had this happen. I just left without getting our food.. My wife has been experiencing this issue for two or three weeks now when she comes and she goes to the second drive-through she’s totally ignored and drives off. She believes this is a tactic one of the workers that doesn’t want to work at McDonald’s uses to frustrate people regular customers to where they just go away. I am making this review to bring this to McDonald’s attention as this used to be a staple for us to grab a quick treat drink or a meal but now we do not feel comfortable.

Just received my worst McDonald’s experience yet. I get up to the window and the lady asks if I’ll be using the app, I say yes and tell her the code, and then tell her what I’d like to get with the code. I spoke very slowly and loudly, and she repeats my order back to me and then asks what the code is again, I was a little confused but it’s very early in the morning so I was okay with it. She then asks “do you want cheese with that?” The code was for a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and a couple other McGriddle options, but I specifically asked for the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. She then asks “do you want cheese with that?” I thought maybe she didn’t hear me so I say yes, and I didn’t realize until after the transaction that I had been charged for cheese even though it was included on the deal. I had to go into the app and do the math to realize I had been charged extra because I didn’t receive a receipt that would tell me. Anyways, the screen has my order pulled up and she says “good” I sit there for about 30 seconds before saying “can I pull foward?” Then she said “yes.” I heard nothing along the lines of “here’s your total” or “please pull to the first window” just a simple “good.” Then once I get to the window she’s staring at the screen for about a whole minute before I hear her say “anything else?” While facing completely away from me, a couple seconds later again “anything else?” Once again, facing away from me so I have no idea she’s talking to me, I thought she was finishing another drive thru order, but then she finally faces me and asks a third time “anything else?” I politely say no but what I wanted to say was “nope, would’ve said it at the drive thru microphone ” then I finally hear my total, I hand her a gift card, and she tells me to have a nice day without giving or even offering a receipt, at this point I don’t even want it.
Listen, it’s 4 in the morning, no one wants to be up, I get it. But if you can’t perform well at those hours, maybe don’t put it down in your availability. The service from this McDonald’s tend to be very pleasing and smooth, regardless of time, but this was outright a bad experience. Wish I had asked for the lady’s name but she probably would’ve taken another full minute to answer that and I have places to be.

Had an amazing time there last week. I havent had a good time at McDonald’s in years it seems like. The food was good and there was a woman who asked us how we were doing. I didnt catch her name but I asked her if we could pray for her and we ended up praying for her after. If you figure out who she is, she is s good worker and deserves a raise.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Came to this location 15 mins before 3 (this location starts breakfast at 3am) I was greeted with “it will be 10 to 15 mins” to which I responded, “I am here for burgers and fries can I still get my food after that time” I was told no, that they had already threw away all the dinner/lunch food. I told them that I had arrived in time so I wanted my order taken and got told that she was a manager so I can make that decision. I then asked for her name to speak with someone on the matter the next morning and was ignored. I asked again and was ignored. I told her I was calling in the morning and that I was adding her customer service to the list of complaints….I pulled to the side and waited to see if the other cars on line had the same experience, they were ignored completely. I told them what had happened and they also pulled away. So not only did they lose my business they lost 2 other cars full of people also wanting dinner/lunch…. horrible customer service and rude management for night shift. -10/10 go somewhere else for your meals.

literal trash of a store…almost as bad as the one in hampton. The service at this location is very slow, i sat at the screen for a good 15 mins one night waiting for someone to take my order, then I get to the window and the worker who hands me my drink but shes zooted out of her mind on something, takes another 15 mins to bring me two cheese burgers. I then go back a few days later and waited in line for another 20 mins….atleast the one in hampton pulls you forward, this one you just sit and wait and wait and wait….all the employees have been rude as hell for no reason at all.
edit: I have been 4 times since this review, i have ordered sauce in the app each time, the hot honey sauce cup which i pay for an the honey packets. Each time they have given me honey mustard even though on the recipt it shows hot honey and honey.

I had repeat myself 3 times , then was told to hold on they would be back. They didn’t return. I pulled to the other drive thru and had to repeat myself that I wanted no pickles and extra onions. I got no onions and extra pickles. Called back to inform them was got a smart add on the phone.
