Not sure of the womans name but I always do a mobile order on lunch. And everytime I come in here if shes working she will have them get my order ready asap.
Shes super sweet and the only one that actually works the front desk. Noone every brings mobile orders up.

We went on our way to a movie, and put in a good size order eating in the dining room, there was 6 of us. We were the only people eating in the dining room the entire time we were there. Everything else was either carry out or mostly drive through from what I could see. After waiting over 20 minutes, for our number to be called out, I went up to the counter and they hadn’t even started our order. Sheila bewildered actually like she didn’t know she had an order that was due for the dining room. I said oh okay we’ll get that next. It was at least 30 minutes or longer by the time we got our order. They said they were understaffed, but there was like six or seven people working there, looked to me like. At least five. The food tasted fine. But no apology, no I’m sorry..nothing just hollered my number and set it out after us waiting 30 minutes or longer. And we were short food that we had to go back and ask for. Horrible horrible service!!! Guess they were just taking care of the drive-thrus. We weren’t the only ones that had to wait too long because even people coming for deliveries were having to stand there forever to get their food to deliver.

Ayla had my order out in seconds, they were kind as well as preparing fresh fries for me and Danelle offered extra sauce after I dropped mine, those to need a raise if you ask me. Super clean and friendly place and they remembered my name!

I don’t understand why they make you go to the drive thru parking spots when they just won’t take the food to you when it’s ready. The last 4 times I’ve been they made me pull into the spots to wait for “fresh fries” then I would watch the next 5 cars behind me all get their food. Every single time I had to go inside to get the food and it was just sitting in the back and wasn’t warm by the time I got it. So idk if they’re just lazy or what. But not good at all

Worst mcdonalds i have been to so far. They told me I cant get a cup of water? I have never had a mcdonalds refuse to give a cup of water with a full order because they want to charge for the bottled water. Not just that but the food was horrible. Dry, cold, crap. Definitely will never be back. Now I know why nobody is ever here despite it being a high traffic area. Oh and not a single person looked me in the eye and said hello. Just shoved the food out the drive thru window.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered a number 3 large. We pay, get to the window and they hand us a medium coke. We say no we paid for a large, and they want to argue with us about it. Next thing I know they are calling the police on us for “being rude”. Trust me they did not see rude… so I ask for a refund and they say if I don’t pull over to number 2 I’m not getting one. They finally come out to give me my money and they don’t even give me a full refund. Jasmine was rude and nasty to my boyfriend and tried to push him out of the store. Needless to say we are now trespassed and you best believe I called corporate. They ought to fire tha poor excuse of an employee.

3rd time this month!! I always get my mcrib no onions sauce on the side yet 3 times this month they put the sauce and onions on it!! Today they tried to charge me for getting the sauce on the side.. mistakes happen it’s human nature but 3times in 2 weeks no that’s being carelessness and just not paying attention I will not be coming bk to this location!!

It took exactly 30 minutes for us to get our food. They called it a “little bit of confusion” but when we got it, it was cold and soggy. We nearly missed our movie due to this tremendous wait time. RIDICULOUS.
