It looked like the burger had a bite out of it so I took the top bun off to look and they had halved a piece of meat to make it a triple cheeseburger and instead of extra onions it looks like there are none!! And how hard is it to add straws and sauces printed directly on the receipt? I rarely leave reviews but come on. Every time I’ve ordered McDelivery from here they NEVER include the sauces and even though it’s only 0.39 cents for each additional sauce it’s Still money they are getting for nothing. Definitely not happy that I paid for a triple cheeseburger and got a double with a piece of meat halved. That’s one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever seen lol This is the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s.

I went to this location today. Was in line before breakfast was over. And was about to order I ask did they still have breakfast they stated yes. They asked me to wait. Then came back several minutes later and then told me there was no more breakfast serval cars drove off.
Then when I called to address the situation a man got on the phone I asked for the GM and he pretended to be them then I asked again, the second time they said it that the GM wasn’t there. I ask his name he said he didn’t have to give his name I asked for corporate info they stated that Hannah was over them. Because I stated I knew how to get in touch with another District they all laughing in the back ground saying she couldn’t do anything because they not over her. They are rude disrespectful and this store should have been closed down. They never know who family comes thru these places yall need to watch the cameras from today. So many cars drove off and they are unprofessional. And need to be fired.. I didn’t get any food because of the rudeness and disrespect. Then to laugh at someone. I can definitely tell the people at this location are incompetent. And to laugh is very unfortunate because if they were working instead of paying attention to our conversation that was on speaker phone then the store would look better. I see why they get the ratings they get. I see why they get so many complaints and I’m still calling corporate on Monday. The health department on Tuesday.. The Better Business Bureau on Wednesday. The probation Office on Thursdays and child support on Friday. And Ices On Saturdays and I’m calling Jesus on Sunday. Because they should have tried him instead of me..

VERY Unprofessional. Got there at 10:30, they told every car in the drive thru to come back around in 30minutes. I made her aware, that I had already paid thru the app and I couldn’t get my money back. She said she don’t care what I do but I can’t sit in her drive thru. So I proceeded to go in, where there were 10 people waiting, she walked to the front and said Yall can keep waiting it’s nothing we can do “ it’s changeover” . Ive worked at McDonald’s before and everything should have been prepped and ready. I’m a Customer, I didn’t know they were behind. Had she just spoken that to me, more clearly and respectfully I would’ve understood. I don’t know her name; but she’s employed at Brainerd Road McDonald’s With Very short hair, light skin and was in Back Booth at This Very moment. I live 3mins away from this location, and I’ll never go back!!!!

Do not recommend coming here. If you do check your order before you pull off or leave. Every time I come to this location something is missing. I ordered my niece and nephew the chicken biscuit meal I ordered them with cheese. Didn’t have any paid for it. I ordered myself a bacon cheeseburger didn’t have any bacon. If you do come here. Ordered 2 things by mobile. Got there & told to wait. Ten mins later they say “we don’t have any” they wouldnt refund & told to come back later to get item. Didnt care about time wasted. “Manager” was so rude, incompetent & very racist towards me. I felt extremely uneasy & wont ever buy from them again. I cant even go back to get my food (that was for some others as a gift) because of fear of retaliation that they may do something to the food. Avoid this place.

Stopped at this location around 2:00 PM. Sat in a non-moving drive through line so long, I finally parked and went it. Placed my order immediately upon entering and was then promptly ignored.
There was a lot of standing around and talking among the staff with not a lot of work happening.
If I hadn’t seen the woman place what I had ordered into the bag, I wouldn’t have know my order was completed. She just placed the bag on the counter and walked away. She acted as if she couldn’t card less!
Told my wife that was the last time I was doing business there.

Bad service, rushing. Ordered large fries and didn’t fill the fries up. Asked for ketchup packets and didn’t give any. The drinks weren’t filled up all the way either and when I asked them to top it off, they said the machine won’t do it. Just go to another McDonalds.

I wasnt expecting the best but the bare minimum would have been to atleast double check the item before you give it to someone to eat/put into there body. Mmm….Luke warm fries with hot chicken nuggets and only one dipping sauce – that I had to ask for….my favorite (NOT) The workers seem happy, I’m glad they prioritize socializing at work over providing hot fries and adequate sauce. (NOT)
