The inside is completely redone and very clean. The employees were kind. It takes longer than expected to get your food, however, everything was fresh and worth the wait. We arrived just before 8 pm and were the only ones in the lobby for approximately 20 minutes, so it wasn’t busy. They also have games built into the table which my kids loved. It has the self service kiosk as well as registers. We ordered first at the register. It took a couple minutes for someone to come by but the first cashier I had was very nice and patient. I went back for a second item and used the kiosk. I found it very user friendly however, it did not dispense a receipt. Before leaving, we ordered ice cream to go on the other kiosk and did receive a receipt. Overall, I would definitely visit again. It was a pleasant experience, the food was fresh and our order was correct.

This review is for the McDonald restaurant in Soddy-Daisy at the corner of Sequoyah Access Road and Old Dayton Pike. My wife and I arrived at approximately noon on Sunday August 13th with a coupon from the Hamilton County school book in hand. The coupon was a buy one sandwich and get one free offer. When I presented it to the individual at the counter and ordered a double cheese burger sandwich and the second sandwich was a fish sandwich I was told that I could not order two different sandwiches. When I asked to speak to the manager he told me that he was in fact the manager and I then asked him to read the fine print underneath that definitely said good for one sandwich and one of equal or lesser value. He looked at it and still insisted that he could not honor it because he insisted that the writing above said buy one sandwich get one free. I then asked him which sandwich cost more the double cheese or the fish sandwich and he says it was the double cheese that cost more. With that information I said okay I’ll take the fish sandwich as the lesser amount and he refused to do that even though I was requesting a sandwich that was less than the first sandwich. I asked him again to read the fine print and he stated that that was there just to cover all eventualities that I had to order two like sandwiches to honor the coupon. No matter what I said he refused to honor the coupon so we just left. I’m sure he’ll gain a lot of points from his regional manager for excellent customer service by refusing to honor that coupon. Needless to say this is the last time we’ll step foot in that particular store. I certainly hope that in some way this report gets to the regional manager for his review. By the way, I was in the food service industry for 11 years and if one of my employees treated a customer the way this so-called manager treated me especially since it actually cost The Establishment more if I got two of the same I would have fired him on the spot. Obviously this review did not either get to the district manager or he didn’t care enough about it to issue a response. Perhaps that explains the low level of service and customer care that’s evident at this location.

I was very disappointed in McDonald’s!ost of the time they have the best Fries, today they were not in top form. The Fish Sandwich was very dry, they need to properly add tarter sauce to taste. The lettuce on the Big Mac you could tell it had been sitting out for a little while.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Waited for over an hour for two bigmacs, 20 piece nuggets and fries. Fries were cold, bic mac was missing. Don’t use curbside unless you want a two hour wait.

Very slow. I sat in line for 15 minutes and there was only once car in front of me. Workers are rude, and very bland. They NEVER put sauce in the bag. I have to go in or remind them at the window every single time. I always triple check my food because it’s never right.

Good location, qood quality food for its price. Often times it the drive thru can be wrapped around the building. They just remodeled the place, looks very nice on the inside. I do check my bag before leaving as the staff can sometimes make a mistake. Oh, and their ice cream machine is working most of the time. Overall one of the few good McDonald’s.

Recently the app I had when I ordered messed up and these lovely people fixed it for me right away! I think the McDonald’s does look good, like for example the table with the lights, but they had messed up my order and I couldn’t return it, there was no cashier, but the electronic order things were there and they are cool.
