So I arrived for some dinner tonight and this is what I saw behind the counter. Not only did he not have on shoes but he was wearing a sweatshirt 2 sizes to big that kept sliding over his hands. And there was a guy around the corner that I could not get a picture of, but his hair was well past his shoulders and not tied up or covered. The jaded us our food and what do you know dark hair in our food. This McDonald’s needs a major cleanup starting with the management down.

Ordered a fish sandwich, got to the pick-up window, and was informed they were out of fish! So go a chicken sandwich instead. I ate it but I didn’t enjoy it…the chicken tasted funny, like it had been sitting under a heat light all day. Do not go to McDonald’s during 5pm traffic. And if they don’t have fish substitute it for a Quarter Pounder or a Big Mac. Otherwise I really like McDonald’s and will go back for another fish sandwich. I recommend them!

I ordered a large caramel frappe for my wife and with the whip cream it barely filled it to top of cup . But the whip cream didn’t come close to top of the lid. I showed it to attendant and she said it was at full line. I asked to speak to a manager and it was a young woman with a real rude attitude. She said it was right. And since she wouldn’t make it right , I asked for a refund and left

Just went through the drive thru. The lady at the second window was very disrespectful and rude. Poured half my coffee out because SHE forgot whipped cream that i paid for. The manager was very nice n made the whole situation right but she was very rude. Not cool.

Wow! I guess since there are limited choices available in this town, they can treat you however they choose. We went through the drive through on 2 seperate days, with the same results. The individual working drive thru cuts you off midsentence while trying to place your order. Then they get upset because they don’t understand you and tell you to just pull up to the window.

I have lived in Pikeville two years and I eat fastfood on a regular basis, sad to say. I have NEVER been to this McDonald’s where they get the order right the first time. When its finally made right the food never tastes fresh. Old food or old cooking oil, they are the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.
